The company sent two workers to lay out a carport who clearly lacked the skills and experience necessary for the job. They laid it out in the wrong location, performed no site preparation, and demonstrated a complete lack of understanding of the requirements for properly preparing and pouring concrete. There was no supervision or oversight from management. After approximately two hours of their work, I had two independent professionals evaluate what had been done. Both were shocked by the poor workmanship and lack of basic construction knowledge. It was clear that the work reflected neither competence nor pride in craftsmanship. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. Expect shortcuts, questionable workmanship, and the need to personally oversee every aspect of the project. Other reviews here appear to describe similar problems. My biggest regret was finding this company through a Google search rather than following my longstanding rule of hiring contractors based on trusted recommendations.
