I used Speedy Locksmith on July 18. 1 called and it seemed like a dispatch center. A couple of minutes later a guy called and asked if I had a quote? I said no. He said he is on his way. He came and nothing seemed out of the norm. He finished it and asked me did I have Zelle?
He said that's how you need to pay. I thought it was strange, but nevertheless I paid the 189.00. About a week later I noticed that the screw was coming out. I immediately called him and told him the screws were coming out of the lock. He asked me to send a pic, and I told him that could not. I had no data. I told him he needs to come out and fix it. He started yelling and said you don't want to send a pic because you did something to the lock. I explainled I don't have kids so there is no one here that could have done anything. He continued to yell and say I did something to the lock. He hung up the phone. I called the number I originally called. I told them I had a complaint and could I talk to some one in charge. He said what's wrong, I can help you
' I told him what happened. He said he would send someone out. I asked please don't send that same guy. I am atraid of him. He was aggressive on the phone, and he hung up on me. They said they will send someone back out. While I was
on the phone the locksmith that originally came out kept calling, and texting. I didn't respond cause like I said
I was afraid of him. His texts said he called his office and told them I will not send a pic cause I didn't something to the lock, He will not send anybody out.
No one has been out to fix the lock.
I eventually had another locksmith
to come out. I paid another $150.00.
The locksmith told me he put the lock on
incorrectly. So please don't use these
people. They are SCAMMERS. I am not so sure he was even a locksmith. read more
