We thought that was great. Turns out, the locksmith works for another company. He did not install the deadbolts properly, he did not install strike plates. When we noticed and called back, this original company did not take responsibility because the locksmith does not work for them directly and the locksmith is asking for more money to install the strike plates (which should be standard). Save yourself the headache and hire a more reputable company.

We received an email that the door would arrive at their warehouse by 2/26/26, yet as of today 2/28, there has been NO communication. With regards to the heating of our home, the windows were no better than screens. I reached out, looking for windows and installers. I had a few people come in and estimate the job. None of them impressed me until Greg from Windows on Washington came over. He walked me through several options and explained how the windows they used were manufactured and why. Windows on Washington got the job. My windows and my doors were being manufactured. So they sent out a wonderful gentleman to get the final accurate measurements. Great guy. After that, communication was wonderful as were were assessed of the stage we were in. This included when we got the email and calls explaining that, since we were on a higher floor, they needed to bring in some equipment to lift the new doors up to our balcony. No surprises. Installation day was amazing as Joon and his team came in, got everything into place, and cleaned up the areas to better than when they got here. Joon then went over the features on our windows and even explained how we get to and clean the outsides of the glass. Wonderful man and amazing team. Since then, we have gotten copies of our warranty and the guarantees. And the company has reached out twice to ask if we have any questions and to ensure that we are happy with our windows. We are. We are very happy with our windows. Almost as happy as we are with the people who got them into our home.

We got a great deal and I recommend using ROI for your next project. The construction team was great and even though the project took a little longer then expected it was still done promptly. There was a slight delay because they found old asbestos siding and that needed to be removed. Our project coordinator Brooke was very nice and helped everything run smoothly.
