Cheap price. Service is unorganized and slow. I waited 45 minutes at the counter area because the van I was scheduled to be in was full already. Then sat in the van without the car started with NO Air conditioning in the heat for 10 minutes while they loaded more passengers in. read more

It sucks! They have 8 people and barely one shuttle at a time. We waited half hour while other shuttles, buses and taxis flowed by. Then the moron driver spent loaded and stopped 5 min to report where he's going. Then: we turned around and went back to pick someone. In the meantime 2 shuttles showed up and were idling with no other passengers. Speedi like a day in hell. I'm supposed to start my vacation and I'm fuming. read more

At first, I almost did not book with SpeediShuttle because of reviews I read on tripadvisor.com. Luckily, I took a look at the pricing and figured I would have to be stupid to not book with SpeediShuttle. I booked my shuttles easily online. My flight arrived early, and to my surprise, SpeediShuttle personnel were there to pick me up. They offered to carry bags and directed me to the shuttle. The shuttle driver was very friendly and gave me tips on some places to avoid and places to visit on the island - food, bars, etc. Super friendly. Great service getting to my hotel. When I had to travel to the airport, I accidentally overslept my alarm (was at a wedding with an open bar the night before...or just a couple of hours earlier). The driver made HUGE accommodations for me. He was willing to wait 20 minutes longer, pick me up last, and finally offered picking me up on his next round of pickups for no additional cost. He was not the slightest bit rude or put off, considering that it was my epic sleep in that caused my problem. I had even said that he could go and I'd take a taxi. I would DEFINITELY recommend SpeediShuttle. read more

I booked a pick up for my daughter from HNL to her hotel. My daughter arrived, went to baggage claim, got her bags and headed to where it said shuttle pick up. The shuttle we reserved sent absolutely no directions as to where or how to find them. After waiting over 30 minutes she tried calling the number listed and could not get through. I then started calling, After holding 25 minutes was told I had to call a different number, called that number and they were the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. They then attempted to transfer me to another place, call did not go through. I repeated this and this time the call to dispatch went through. The dispatcher was the ONLY polite person I talked to. However by this time my daughter had gotten an uber and was on her way to her hotel. I contacted the company and requested a refund of which they refuse to give. they stated that my daughter did not follow their arrival instructions. I have reviewed the emails to and from them and gone to their webpage again and still cannot find any arrival instructions. I would NEVER use this service, it is one thing to have communication issues, but being rude to customers is another. And then refusing to make things right by refunding the money just makes it worse. read more

Worst service ever. They are not speedy at all. In fact, it took over 2 hours to even get to our hotel once we landed in the airport. Then they almost directed us to the wrong shuttle. Never ever use again. Call an Uber and save the hassle . read more

Well.. The ride from the airport to the hotel was good. The driver was friendly and the service was great. The shuttle was clean and comfortable. However, from the hotel back to the airport, this is where things went downhill. When the driver dropped us off at the airport, he went to the back to get our luggage. Then, he stood there and stuck out his hand for a tip. That was really rude of him. read more

Got to Honolulu airport, use kiosk to purchase ticket. Printed instructions tells me to go to pickup zone 2. But driver said we are not on list. Turns out we have to check in at the desk. Instructions should have printed for us to do that. Then after check in, we were told no idea when the next shuttle will come for us. Don't use them. No one knows what to do at the desk with us. Take a taxi next time. Taxi is flat rate. End up waiting for more than 30 minutes. read more

I'm kinda surprised by the poor reviews. My wife booked these guys for transportation from and to the airport. Of course, the shuttle has other people on it as well and we were the last stop, but for the money it was great. The shuttle had wonderful AC, the music was good, and truthfully it didn't take that much longer than a taxi. Plus, we were slackers and scheduled our return trip to the airport the morning of our flight, and they were very accomodating. I would absolutely use these guys again. read more

This business is an absolute disaster - avoid them. We had a reservation for an airport ride and when we called them 10 minutes after ETA, we were told they are running 6 minutes late. 15 minutes later, no show and we were put on hold. 45 minutes after ETA, tell us it would take another 45 minutes for the shuttle to show up or if we prefer we could cancel. The call center lady Mary was arrogant enough to say that she was OK to hang up the phone on me and I would not be able to get a refund or I could stay on the phone longer to get it. I asked for the owners name and number - his name is Cecil, but I was refused his number. This business does not deserve to survive. read more

I will never use this service again. Undependable and dishonest. I prepaid for what I thought was round trip but then only recieved confirmation for pick up at airport. Took 2.5 hours to get to my hotel from the airport. Van was not there had to wait tho' there were many of us who prepaid. Asked for confirmation of next ddays pickup and receipt. NEVER RECEIVED. I STILL waited 20 minutes outside my hotel and checked both front and back entrances before I flagged a cab. While pulling up into the airport in my cab they called to say they were at my hotel. When I explained I did not get notice and had waited anyway the woman hung up on me! Then 10 days later doing my expense report ...Surprise my credit card statement they charged me for both trips! I called to speak to the manager, Bobby Freieas, who was of absolutely NO HELP! Refused to refund the money though they NEVER sent conirmation or reciept for my pickup back to the airport! He said I could have a deal next time I came! HA! I will never use their service again! DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE because when they don't show till 20 minutes after the promised time they will still charge you! Horrible customer service! Better to spilt a cab or pay as you go. This shuttle service is great if you don't mind not getting picked up for your return flight then being called an idiot by their concierge. I'm currently writing this review from the back of a cab after waiting 45 minutes for our shuttle which never came. We had no serious issues coming from the airport (we had to wait about 30 minutes but made it to our hotel, the Hilton Hawaiian Village). The way back to the airport was utter chaos; I called and confirmed our pick up time and pick up location and was 30 minutes early for our pick up time. After not getting picked up, I called the number on our transfer slip and was told another shuttle would be sent out in 10 minutes. We spoke with Michele, the SpeediShuttle employee at our hotel, the HHV, who informed me I was an utter idiot for going to the wrong location and that "nobody would have ever told me to go where I did" though I spoke with two individuals on the phone from their company this afternoon. After Michele harassed us and informed us she called our name "multiple times" (which she didn't, since we were literally sitting there for 45 minutes), we got a cab. It's the same cost for two to take a cab to the airport as it is to take the shuttle; I recommend taking the cab and saving yourself the hassle and wait. And by the way, I was informed that they won't refund my money. read more

I've used Speedishuttle twice and will not use them again. First, they're expensive. Taxi is cheaper if you have two or more people. Second, the drivers are extremely reckless and unprofessional when they drive. They speed excessively and swerve sharply around corners that make me physically ill and I don't usually get motion sickness. The speeding and reckless driving doesn't save anytime and just makes the ride very uncomfortable. No aloha at all; they just want to make a quick buck. Roberts Hawaii is cheaper and far more professional. read more

Booked round trip at the airport. Confirmed pickup time a day prior. After 10 minutes delay, I telephoned and was told that the dispatch had rescheduled. Another 20 minutes and telephoned again. I was told someone would be there within ten minutes. At that time, the shuttle drove past me and disappeared. Telephoned again to be put on hold. I finally hailed a cab and made my own way to the airport. The odd thing is that I was willing to forgive, but I never once was apologized to nor felt any sense of responsibility on their part. read more

Our experience was wonderful!!! There was a friendly greater waiting for us as we came out of the security area. She had a large cart for all of our luggage. After getting our luggage she carted our luggage to the awaiting shuttle and introduced us to our driver. Our driver loaded all of our luggage, helped us aboard, and drove us to our destination. During our ride the driver enlightened us with island trivia. Even though we are residents there are still many things we don't know about that our local driver did. He was very pleasant and a safe driver. We like the clean and people friendly shuttles. This is the first time we have posted for SpeediShuttle but not our first experience with this company. I called to make reservations at the Honolulu location and this girl name Lisa picked up the phone. Her service was terrible. The workers should get trained more on customer service and speaking ediqute. She was rude and did not have any patience. The tourists should not be treated this way. Not exactly speedy. Waited 30 minutes for the "speedy" shuttle to arrive. After arriving at baggage claim, the Speedy Shuttle desk was easy to spot. We collected our luggage and waited only a few more minutes for our Speedy representative to collect a few more passengers. Then a short walk to the outside where we waited another 31 minutes for our shuttle to arrive. read more

They made efforts to rush a driver over but after 25 minutes of trying to sort it out, i drove myself to the airport andhad to pay for parking. the office claimed i made the reservation for another date and that i should check the email receipt. but a receipt was never received by me. airport shuttles have to be reliable or it is not worth it. read more

TERRIBLE. of course they over quoted how much a taxi would cost so we booked round trip with them at the airport. (the valet guys at our hotel let us know that a cab would have been ~ $25, which was more than what we paid for two of us on speedishuttle. we paid $27/person round trip for the shuttle). to be fair, the drive from the airport was fine, and that driver was quite nice. taking the shuttle to the airport, though, was a nightmare. don't do it. a taxi is cheaper if you have two people, and not worth the hassle. they were 20 minutes late. I asked the driver if we would still get to the airport at the expected time, to which he gives me attitude and says " I don't know, I'm not late." our hotel was the closest hotel to the airport, but for some reason we then go in the opposite direction to pick up another passenger. we hear the driver bad mouthing us to the next passenger "can you believe the guy before you complained about my being late" for being late because we had asked when we would get to the airport. which is absurd. we had called the bus company at the time we were supposed to be picked up (and the valets at our hotel called again on our behalf without our request because they were worried we would miss our flight!) but they shouldn't have made pick ups more inefficient to pick us up first only to go in the wrong direction to pick up another passenger. there were like 10 people in the car. granted, our flight had been moved up from the initial time so we were worried we would miss our flight, so that made it more stressful. of course we were the last terminal/passengers to be let off the bus after stopping at 4 other terminals, which was more aggrevating. but have you ever used such an unprofessional service that they were talking bad about you two feet away from you? Horrible shuttle experience. The ride from airport to hotel was inefficient at best. Driver then realized the hotel was on a one way road and dropped me two blocks away to save time. The return was worse. 8:00 pm pick up and no shuttle showed, though the company had my cell number to call if they just didn't see me. I called the 1-800 # four times. Once they said he was just picking me up last; twice the call dropped after they transferred me to someone else. The final time I hung up after I saw another shuttle drive by. Luckily I was able to get to it in front of the neighboring hotel and managed to get to the airport only 40 min behind schedule. Definitely not reliable and not a company I plan to use again. read more

After traveling for 12 hours, we a arranged to be taken to our home in Hawaii Kai. We were told that we will have our own shuttle. After loading my two young children into the shuttle and almost making it out of the airport, the story changed. Elvis the dispatcher is a straight up liar. The driver pulled over so suddenly that he have us whiplash. He said " sorry folks, we are going to have to stop in Waikiki. I told him that this is not what we agreed to, and the driver pretty much said "I can't do anything about it." We asked for a cash refund, and they refused. I asked for the dispatchers name, and they refused to give me that. I then hailed a cab, and called the 877 number to ask to speak to management. They said no one in management is working. That actually made sense as the services we never actually received were tasteless. I hope Elvis, the driver, and all those managers that aren't working lose their jobs. There are a lot of honest, hardworking people out there that aren't working! read more

Wish I could give this no stars. 45 minutes late to pick us up to go to the airport so we missed our flight! Drivers are rude and constantly blaming the passengers for causing them to be late which is a joke because they didn't even show up to the first pickup hotel until 30 minutes late. Company is not helpful at all either!! On the way into Honolulu, we took over an hour before we could even leave the airport, then the driver missed multiple turns, forcing the 20 minute drive to take more than 45 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Take a cab, it'll cost only about $5 more overall while this shuttle charges per person. We would never use this company again. read more

Needed to book a shuttle ride from Waikiki to Airport with less than 24 hours notice. Originally called Roberts, who charged my card BEFORE checking with dispatch to see if there was room for me. There wasn't, so I called SpeediShuttle. The bus was 12 minutes late, but the driver was courteous, and the van was clean and comfortable (Mercedes Sprinter). Satisfied, overall. read more

My daughter caught a late flight into Lihue and was left stranded at the airport. Speedi shuttle dispatch operator could not locate the driver. I ended up having to call a taxi for her. We were lucky that the taxi driver I called was available and willing to make the trip to Kalaheo. Mahalo ke akua! They were there at the airport, convenient, and when you bought the tickets for the trip to your hotel, it included the trip back. She asked when our return flight was, we told her, and she said they would pick us up 3 hours prior to take off (TAKE OFF time, mind you, NOT boarding time). Sounded good... except even tho we called that day just to confirm, once the pickup time came, no ride. (Try to count how many times we were lied to.) We waited 5 minutes and called again (btw you sit in hold forever), we were assured he was on his way. About 15 minutes later our hotel called for us. "5 minutes away." A panicked 15 minutes later, we called again ourselves. "He will be there anytime, and no more stops, he'll take you straight to the airport." It was now just under 2 hours till boarding. THEN HE GOES TO ANOTHER HOTEL. So another lie! And guess what - the valet outside told the driver the people he was supposed to pick up were so pissed at how late he was, they paid for another ride even tho they had already paid "Speedi" shuttle. Then we went to another hotel! One person on the shuttle had a flight even earlier than ours, by 20 minutes, so I wonder if they even made their flight, we made it there 45 minutes prior to boarding and we were stressed unnecessarily for hours!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I only wish I had checked out a review before we got there, we could have avoided this entire fiasco. read more

I booked Speedishuttle for my rides between Hilton Hawaiian Village and HNL on the recommendation of friends and colleagues. The shuttle from the airport to my hotel arrived on time. It was full and I expected being driven around to different hotels. The driver was also efficient and jovial. However, on my return trip, it was a really bad experience. I arranged for a shuttle at 3:00 pm and checked in at the Speedishuttle desk at around 2:30 pm. A shuttle came couple of minutes later and the representative did not inform me that the shuttle for the airport was there. At 3:00 pm, there was no shuttle. I checked with her at five minute intervals and was just told that it was on its way. Finally, it showed up at 3:25 pm. As we were boarding the shuttle, she told a white couple that she would refund their transportation fee. However, she did not even make that offer to me. Since I was obviously an Asian female traveling alone, her racial and sexual discrimination was obvious. While the driver of the shuttle was polite, drove quickly through the traffic, and was able to get me to the airport just in time for my flight, he does not know why the 3:00 pm shuttle did not show up. So my recommendation is to be aware that your shuttle may not turn up or arrange to go to the airport super early. But I would rather spend more money to take a cab especially on the return trip in order not to stress out about making it through security. read more

No one is at the airport to greet you like they say, they don't pick up the phone when you call, they have lost the contract with the airport (Roberts Hawaii now has the contract). I'm sorry to read the low ratings and reviews, especially from our visitors! These are the first and last impressions of our island. Sadly, in addition to poor attitudes and service, I must report the poor driving style as I drove on the freeway today and witnessed one of the shuttles, license plate RRD 173, crossing the solid line from the center lane in order to take an exit. I know many drivers in their private cars do the same, but to see a marked vehicle representing a company break the law, not good. I was going to provide feedback to them, but judging from the many negative reviews, I don't think they even care. Hopefully they will get the message from the lack of customers. read more

Avoid Speedishuttle. We booked a reservation and they were a no show. It turns out they entered the wrong date for our pick up (Monday 6/12 instead of Saturday 6/10), so we had to find alternate transportation to the airport. When I called the next day, Sunday, to get a reimbursement they had revised our reservation date to correctly show 6/10 and said there is nothing they can do now since it is in the past. read more

I reserved a ride to the Pearl Harbor exhibits. The ride out was about 15 minutes late, but the ride back never showed up. After waiting 40 minutes for the return bus, we just took a cab back to Waikiki. Just take a cab unless you like waiting around. read more

I would not recommend SpeediShuttle to anyone living in East Oahu. We just experienced a one hour and 20 minute ride from the Honolulu Airport to our residence. The driver had to make 5 stops prior to delivering us to our home. The scheduling is poor. We will not be using this company again for transportation or recommend them to anyone! It would have been much faster and less expensive using taxi service. read more

DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT use this shuttle company. Their customer service is abysmal. We only used this service because it was on the Expedia website. We assumed they would be professional because Expedia themselves regulates the services they promote on their site. This was a HUGE error on my part because had I seen the reviews here I would have opted for a cab service. It was our first time in Hawaii and we thought this would be safer and more economical than a cab. The service we PAID for was a round trip from the airport to our hotel in Kona. We were picked up the airport and all went well as it should have. HOWEVER when it was the day of our departure from Hawaii I received a phone call that morning indicating they would be 15 min early to pick us up. I'm a reasonable person and 15 min is not a big deal so I agreed. An hour and a half before we were to leave I got another phone call stating that they would NOT be picking us up "after all" because the shuttle "broke down". When I asked if there was another shuttle to pick is us up.... he promptly said no, they only had one shuttle. I told him I had paid for a round trip to which he replied a refund would be issued. I immediately called Expedia and informed them of the situation so it would be on record. We paid for a cab to the airport and when the cab arrived there, we saw not one but 2 Speedi Shuttles picking up passengers. Not only did they NOT provide the service we PAID for they lied about not having the vehicle to do so. It is now 18 days later and after calling repeatedly Expedia stated "We have advocated your case, unfortunately, SpeediShuttle has denied your request for a refund." They are horrible! There are plenty of cabs that will transport you to and fro for a reasonable amount... equal to the cost of the shuttle or less than. Our CAB going to the airport cost less than the shuttle we prepaid for going to the airport. You just have to google the cabs and price quote. I would NEVER use this service again. The customer service is horrendous. Save yourself grief and money, choose another service. read more
