We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that. My wife and I and Johnny had a great conversation all the way back to Walnut Creek where he unloaded our car I hope they never need a towing service again in Tracy, but if I do, I will absolutely call Johnny at KB.

I called the insurance company and they connected me with Save Tow. They told me it would take about 2 hours. I called Save Tow about 1 hour later to check status and they said it's going to take about 2 hours because they need to find a driver who is experience with towing a car and a boat. Ok understandable. The entire wait time was 3 hours with me calling every hour checking on status. Brian showed up and he was great. Got the SUV on the flatbed pretty quick and he was pretty patient with the tricky hitch on the trailer. He double checked my address and after that we were good to go. I was really impressed with his skills when he dropped off the boat and SUV. He was able to parallel park the boat perfectly and parked the SUV in front of the boat. He did all of this with a positive attitude even though he had just driven through a long stretch of traffic. If you ever are in an emergency and Brian happens to be your tow driver, you're in good hands!

New fancy tow truck came and very very fast. Driver communicated and let me know when to expect him - I think his name was Alex. Very friendly. The gentleman who took my call calmly made sense of my jumbled information, clarifying everything he needed despite me giving what I thought was a direct intersection location which was not so straightforward, and then quickly dispatching a driver. I could not imagine an easier and simpler dispatch process, and I'm so thankful for that alone. It's difficult to think clearly when your loved ones are in a sudden roadside situation with potential dangers; the way my call was handled was just really outstanding.
