Now I'm in the store to return the equipment. Already been waiting another half an hour just to drop it off. Who knows how long I'll be here. There's still like 10 or so people ahead of me.

My camera was just about dust, the volume only worked on speaker phone, I could no longer update apps. It was time. It should be noted that I have actually gone in to get a new phone at different locations and walked out due to aggressive sales tactics and just not feeling heard. Maybe I'm stubborn, or old school but when it comes to phones, I just need it to work and take decent photos. Greg was calm, professional and understood what I wanted. He still went over all of my options and upgrade deals but did not push back when I didn't show interest in certain packages. I gave him my game plan and let him know I'm not interested in all the bells and whistles. He was very accommodating. I was in and out in less than an hour and got a much needed upgrade without any stress. I will only go to this location moving forward! Thank you!

Whenever we asked for clarification on things we didn't understand, her answers were vague and unhelpful. The interaction made the entire room feel tense. To top it off, she was extremely impatient; while I was trying to read the documents I was required to sign, she actually clicked away before I could finish. To make matters worse, we still haven't even received a receipt for the purchase. Buying a new phone is a big commitment, and I expected much more professional and transparent service.

Kept getting the run around that their installer is not on the island. This lasted for 3 months. We were paying for satellite internet and not getting able to use the service. Finally got a date schedule for reinstallation but no show. Poor communication. Contacted Microcom and they came and did the job within a week. When the installer came from Microcom they pointed out that the original install used the wrong cable (tv not internet) and that wrong cable could've cause more problems. Save your self time and headaches and don't do business with this company.
