After dropping it off, I didn't hear anything for over a week. I had to call them, only to be told the part they ordered was wrong. Another week went by still nothing and when I called again, they admitted they ordered the wrong part a second time. Finally, after weeks of silence, they said the right part came in. I dropped off my phone again, and while the power button was fixed, my speakers were suddenly blown when I picked it up. They admitted it "could've been" their fault and promised to order a replacement speaker. It's now been over a month with no update, no call, no message nothing. At this point, I had to buy a new phone. I could've saved the time, stress, and $104.70 if I had just watched a YouTube tutorial and fixed it myself. This experience was a complete waste of time and money. The lack of communication and accountability was disappointing. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for professional or timely service.

My camera was just about dust, the volume only worked on speaker phone, I could no longer update apps. It was time. It should be noted that I have actually gone in to get a new phone at different locations and walked out due to aggressive sales tactics and just not feeling heard. Maybe I'm stubborn, or old school but when it comes to phones, I just need it to work and take decent photos. Greg was calm, professional and understood what I wanted. He still went over all of my options and upgrade deals but did not push back when I didn't show interest in certain packages. I gave him my game plan and let him know I'm not interested in all the bells and whistles. He was very accommodating. I was in and out in less than an hour and got a much needed upgrade without any stress. I will only go to this location moving forward! Thank you!
