Two colleagues working in front of customers but not engaging customers; this is not a good look when customers are waiting. He went to the same Verizon store and they wouldn't help him and instead told him to take his brand new (phone purchased at that location) to an Apple store. He was confused and frustrated but finally managed to get to Apple, and they fixed his phone. My dad, who lives alone and has no land line, was left out in the cold with a bad phone by the same people whole were glad to take his money one week ago but weren't willing to switch phones or otherwise help. I wish we had just gone to the Apple store to get our phone.
