Only reason I didn't give it 5 is because we have a lot of outages. I mean a lot. but we love Spectrum when it's working it's fast . I just wish they would figure it out already. because it get's very frustrating like right now we have a outage going on for 4 hrs. And it's ridiculous we pay for the service and we get half of the service. read more

They didn't cancel my service when I returned my equipment and canceled in store. I was billed after leaving my stuff at the store... No equipment and still being charged... because the people in the store never canceled my plan. read more

Absolutely aweful service. Will lie to you about anything just to get a sale. They screwed me out of my trade in. And made it to when I have to make a full phone pay off now into payments. I turned in the phone and canceled my service and went to Verizon. read more

This is the longest I have ever had to wait to be taken care of. So far I have been sitting here in the store on Paul Huff Blvd to cancel my service for over an hour. It's been at least 30 minutes since I have heard any customer names called up to be helped. I'm not sure where the third employee disappeared to, but the two that are left seem to have no sense of urgency. The very worst part was that waiting for an hour and 30 minutes they called other names in front of ours. read more

Spectrum - The very long waiting list - Internet Service Providers Near Me - Cleveland, Tennessee

I've had ongoing service issues for the past two years, but the past week has been especially unacceptable. I've had three separate service calls, including a technician coming out, and the problem is still not resolved. When I attempted to cancel my service today, the experience was just as frustrating. It took over 20 minutes of repeatedly saying "no" to retention offers before they would even process the cancellation. Even after all that, they are still trying to charge me for the entire month--even though I'm canceling less than a week into the billing cycle. Between the repeated failure to fix the issue and the difficulty canceling, this has been an extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly caution others before signing up, as the customer support and service reliability have not met expectations. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was there for almost an hour and nobody even said hi to me. There were three other people that walked out before I did because they were tired of waiting. One salesperson was with a couple for 30 minutes just joking around and did not once acknowledge any of the other customers. None of the customers were acknowledged until it was there turn. read more

Customer service is probably the worst I've ever seen. When I reached out for issues with my account, Brenda from El Paso, TX used ChatGPT to speak to me for a live representative conversation and repeated herself over and over again. Don't sign up for any of their services, they will increase your prices by 50% after a year and won't give any of your money back. Don't rely on their employees, "promotions" or their word for anything regarding your account or pricing. They suck and have a monopoly in my area, meaning I'm stuck with no internet connection if I don't want to do business with this terrible company that is in it only to legally scam as many people as possible. Filing FCC complaints shortly read more

Hi I'm Fletcher! My wife, daughter, and I had an amazing experience with Anthony. After being put through the ringer time and time again with billing and planning issues Anthony was able to communicate clearly, describe the issues at hand, and promptly resolved them. Props to him for also realizing our situation and not trying to push products on us and instead just helping out a young family. Spectrum has a good one and those are more and more rare everyday. Thank you Anthony! read more

The "Account Executive" Christian is a very unprofessional individual. He made me feel uncomfortable when we were speaking and I left extremely confused. Today I'm going ti have to call again because our Wi-Fi is constantly cutting out.. there's no other option for my area so it kind of sucks that we are stuck ... if I didn't have to use them I wouldn't . read more

Once again I have been scammed by Spectrum. I received a phone call and was offered to try Spectrum TV and an upgrade to 400Mbps on my current internet and WiFi service with a 30 day money back guarantee. If I did not want to keep the TV service, I could cancel, not pay the extra on my account and my internet, with the upgrade, would remain at $54.99 per month for the next 36 months just for trying the TV service. I called within my 30 days to cancel the TV service and they are telling me I am not within my 30 days and that my internet service is going to be $79.99 a month because the person who placed the order did it that way. Now excuse me if I am wrong, but I did not agree to those terms and Spectrum should have to honor the terms I was quoted. I am very upset because even after being scammed before, I went back to Spectrum for another try because they offered me the $54.99 for one year, which I didn't even get. I have only been back with them for 8 months and already they are up to their old tricks. I am looking into other services. Please be aware that Spectrum will scam you over and over again. Know that they are not the only service you can get. read more
