Save your money. Replace your iPhone battery, not the iPhone!…read more Today I just got back from Battery Plus replacing my iPhone 13 battery. I decided why buy a new iPhone 14 from 829.89-1,099 when my phone works great but my battery was going downhill fast. It cost $79.99 + tax and the gas and time to drive a little over an hour away and back to get the battery replaced. The Batteries Plus in Cleveland, TN were very helpful people, they answered all my questions. Allayed my fears of what would happen if the iPhone 13 screen if it should break during battery replacement (they replace it free.) I also had them put a on new screen protector on it as mine had damage. I would much rather pay $79.99 + tax than more than ten times that much buying a new iPhone. I'm aggravated that I hadn't thought of it before. Almost every new iPhone I have purchased has been because of poor battery life. Batteries + really should use that in their marketing materials. I have had at least four iPhone models, possibly more. Nothing wrong except the battery. I know the OS updates always attack battery life so people buy new phones. I have yet to have any that are significantly better than any other one in features or function. Why buy a new phone when you can just replace the battery. Normally by the time the battery goes bad, it's not under warranty anymore. So why worry if a different battery will affect your warranty? Good job guys.

The guys here are super condescending and don't honor warranties. I wouldn't trust them but good…read moreluck!

I'm a relatively new AT&T customer - my family opened our account about nine months ago - and I…read morerecently visited this store to upgrade my phone and then had to visit the two following days trying to address some unexplained charges from the upgrade. Unfortunately, on the 3rd and final visit to the store, the experience was far from acceptable. The employee on duty, Jessica, was dismissive and unhelpful from the start. I had no trouble purchasing the phone and adding that upgrade to our family plan or asking related questions the previous two days from other reps in the same store, but she stated I wasn't an authorized user and she would not help me. When I offered that I had the account pin and offered to call the account owner (my son) for verification, she stated she wasn't going to lose her job to help me. I stated I wasn't asking her to do anything she isn't allowed, I was inquiring about options. I went outside and called my son who checked our account and I was listed as an online authorized user, but not in store, he quickly added me as an in store authorized user. I went back to advise I had been added. She stated she could fix one problem, but not the other, I would have to call customer service. Which fine, but it was said with an attitude that was unprofessional. At that point, I started to leave again, but at the door I turned and calmly requested her name, she informed me it was on her nametag, refusing to state her name. At this point, I told her that her customer service skills could use improvement, she escalated the situation dramatically and even threatened to call the police on me "for being rude and harassing her." I was shocked, especially since I had not raised my voice or acted in any inappropriate way. I simply expected basic professionalism from this employee while trying to address the unexplained and unrequested charges added during my upgrade. My son, who is the main account holder for our family plan, called today to speak with the manager, hoping the situation could be addressed constructively. Instead, the manager refused to listen to an account of what happened and immediately said he was standing by his employee. He declined to discuss the matter any further, making it clear they had no interest in resolving the issue or hearing from a customer who was treated poorly. He hung up on my son, who called back to inquire his name. After a couple of hangups of the phone, the manager finally answered again, but refused to even give his name, similar to the employee's attitude. As someone whose family chose to switch to AT&T less than a year ago, this experience was extremely disappointing. I expected far better treatment, especially when dealing with something as simple as a phone upgrade. I hope AT&T takes a serious look at the customer service standards at this location.

Honestly AT&T is my least favorite provider and I've always felt the customer service was the worst. This process wasn't easy but that's an AT&T problem, not a store problem. If you have to go to a store, this one is the best choice by far.
