This is the longest I have ever had to wait to be taken care of. So far I have been sitting here in the store on Paul Huff Blvd to cancel my service for over an hour. It's been at least 30 minutes since I have heard any customer names called up to be helped. I'm not sure where the third employee disappeared to, but the two that are left seem to have no sense of urgency. The very worst part was that waiting for an hour and 30 minutes they called other names in front of ours. read more
