So I jumped from the frying pan into the fire. No only does my phone get hot but I have to wonder around my house to get good reception. I use my phone for work and work from home. So it difficult. I have had my phone for 7 months and have changed it out 5 times. Verizon has sent to this store to change out the phone and this location got me in touch with over the phone customer support, and Verizon said we can send you a 17 and use it because my wife had one upgrade so I did it to to get a phone that works. That phone never arrived and never signed for, but Verizon is not listening, and the phone shows delivered. And the story of crappy service continues and no results from calling Verizon. So this past Monday I finally got a tier 2 technician and thought my problems are solved, they promised me a new phone and signal extender and nothing. Another call to Verizon and talked with a young lady who helped me with a new phone, but the phone did not upload my information and was stuck. So I took it over to the Verizon could help, they would but at a cost, and I said to the lady that I was not happy and was describing all the issues I have had and you Shit to describe my frustration and they would not help me. Was I wrong to use shit as an expressive way to show my frustration, but completely condemned and service was not rendered. For some reason the phone started updating and working but away from my house. I am completely done with Verizon, there is no where a customer can go to get customer service and AI has made the experience more frustrating.

    Do not ever get spectrum if you live in or by Novi Michigan. This is by far the most unreliable…read moreinternet to exist. I pay for the really good internet too, but multiple times a week theirs service outtages for any reason whatsoever. A little windy? Service outtage. A little rainy? Service outtage. Nice clear sunny day? Service outtage! It must be the infrastructure or something that they don't want to invest in. It must be cheaper to repair whatever the issue is every week than actually replacing, or moving it. As well, this company's representative ran my credit without my permission to offer me their (probably just as terrible) phone service. To add to this, after running my credit they automatically put me on some internet assistance program that temporarily made it cheaper, but he didn't tell me that he did that and acted like he was giving me a good deal until six months later my bill is fifty bucks higher than agreed. You would think during an age where everything relies on internet that they would figure this stuff out, but I have a feeling that it's just a cheap company that's selling garbage for a high profit. If you have the option to not give this company your business I suggest you go with someone else. The service interruptions are just way too frequent for said service to be considered "good".

I do not know if one of the workers took it or they just tried to take my money, but I have worked in customer service for too long to know when you make a mistake, especially taking someone money , you are supposed to right that wrong and neither company did so at all!!! Instead, the agent set up a new iPhone with the business number using a different number and also added a free iPad and Apple Watch to the business account. We have written proof of our instructions. It cost nearly $ 4,000.00 (the cost of moving all lines and equipment to T-Mobile) to release my business number and pay for items I did not request. This was not a mistake but a deliberate act of deception and fraud by this store agent and AT&T Mobility. I am pursuing remedies through the proper regulatory agencies. THIS IS THE WORST WIRELESS COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. If there was a rating below 1, I would use it.

Customer service told me to go to the store. At the store, the manager tried the same steps on my phone, hit the same error, then said he'd get his iPad. He never came back. Instead, another employee appeared, admitted he didn't know the process, and offered only excuses: "new system," "account too big," "call the business liaison." No one could solve a basic problem. The runaround is unbelievable. The incompetence is unacceptable. This is why customers lose trust in AT&T.
