I spent two hours in that store and ended up calling customer support. I went in to this store and requested some help with my phone because for the past couple of months my calls have been randomly dropping mid conversation. At first it would happen every now and then but recently it's gone so bad, multiple times a day. Instead of them trying to find the root problem they told me I should buy a more expensive plan, I refused. Next, they tried giving me a new eSIM, that did not work. Then they told me to talk to apple. I did, apple said my phone did not have problems and that it is verizon. Went back to Verizon. Then they tried to reset my network. That did not work. Then they tried giving me another esim and i told them that did not work the first time. They claimed my phone was defective. Tried to get me to buy insurance to pay for a new phone. Finally agreed to use my one year warranty that comes with buying a new phone. I had to bring that up. They did not disclose to me that my replacement phone would be a LIKE new phone. So i came back to the store to ask for a brand new phone and not a like new one. They told me to go to apple and ask them. That is when i called the customer support. When i asked for a credit or anything for all this inconvenience they told me to just call customer support. I asked if i could at least get a free screen protector since my broke when i had to take it off to get approval for a replacement. So disappointed.
