Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY...He OVER Charged me to install 2 TV mounts for $250 I contacted him the next day because I didn't know that the cable guy would have another cord coming out of the TV. He told me that he would come out and I was explaining to him what happened. When he came over he seen that I needed a longer HDMI cord because he drilled the hole too far away from the outlet to just drop the cord in. I told him that the plastic cover he installed was completely different from the one in the room and asked him why he couldn't just put one in like that and that's when it went South. Might I add he was 40 mins LATE... I'm too a small business owner and if the customer isn't happy I try my best to fix what ever the problem may be. He had 2 options 1) Replace the plastic cover so "I" could run the cord through myself or 2) Give me some of my money back but No he wanted to charge me an additional $80 to buy a longer HDMI cord and a trip feel (By the way he didn't tell me that fee until he got here)!!! I had a security camera system from Costco I had Avelen install. They did a good job, and I am satisfied with the work they did. After the install, they made sure each camera was installed and pointed in the direction I wanted, with the view I was looking for. Amazing service, I contacted them Saturday morning and they were able to come out by 1pm.
