Just like every contractor I've had the pleasure of knowing, they always seem to be overextended in terms of the amount of jobs they take on. Although I would recommend Ideal Remodeling, don't have any expectations of a prompt project completion. That said, I'll take that any day over getting swindled.

The full team was professional, respectful and talented. Beginning with the proposal process, which was timely and efficient, I felt comfortable with Kamil. During the full project, the team arrived each day on time and worked full days. The finished product is beautiful and I am very happy with the work provided by the Ideal Remodeling team. During any remodel or construction project there is going to be issues and delays. For my job, most delays had nothing to do with the Ideal team; yet Kamil and team offered suggestions and assistance to work around and/or resolve. Their ability to remain even keel and professional is much appreciated during any remodel. I originally contracted Ideal Remodeling for only the remodel and tile work. But halfway through these projects, I became more impressed with Kamil and crew. Given the earned level of trust and their workmanship, I cancelled my planned painting contractor and gave the painting job to Kamil and the Ideal team also. Our unit is approximately 3000 square feet with full crown moldings in all rooms. The paint job included a detailed design plan and required attentive focus. The finished work is impressive. Additionally, a leading member of the team, Martin, installed complicated tile work to walls that fully meant my high expectations. Kamil and the Ideal team also back up their offer to provide follow-up work if needed. We completed all work prior to moving into our new space. After move-in, Kamil and team returned to touch up walls marked by moving company and also address a few final punch list items. I trust if any future issue arises relating to work performed, Kamil and Ideal will address in the same professional manner as demonstrated during the projects. If I have any future remodel or construction needs, I will not hesitate to call upon the Ideal Remodeling group!

He suggested a new paint from LA, tonestar, that is just brilliant. He knew the owner and I was able to speak with him about multiple questions I had in terms of color depth and lighting. He also suggested a fantastic painting team that protected my art and electronics while completing the job in a quick amount of time. Despite being booked for months in advance, Dawid found a slot to accomodate our project, and he and the crew knocked it out in 3 weeks. I was very pleased that I made that call. Chris, the owner, was very responsive and came out immediately to give me a reasonable quote. I live in a townhouse complex and several of my adjacent units also had their roofs done at the same time. Considering the scope of the project, it went extremely well. The crew were professional and pleasant even through it was one of those very hot summer weeks. After the installation of the roof, I had a leak and thought "Oh no". I called Chris and he sent someone out immediately. The source of the leak turned out to be caulking on a window and not the roof. JFI was hired to do some renovations on my condo. It turned out to be a very bad decision…read more Numerous promised timelines were missed without any good explanations. In the end, an estimated 3-4 months project was barely completed in 12 months, which means I had to live on a "construction site" for a year! Even with the long delay, the tile work and the floor project were still less than satisfactory. When doing the floor project, JFI even damaged my carpet because of improper method used. Finally the customer care was close to none. I had really bad experience when dealing with them on the unquoted and unreasonable rework charges. So if you ever decide to use JFI, my recommendation is to require a pre-approval on any extra charges.
