I am currently disgusted with my dealings with Karros Burbank and their representative , Alex…read moreCarter. I had expressed interest in purchasing a 1970 Ford Mustang clone 302 displayed on their web site with other muscle cars in their inventory as well. Initially the arrangement was to pay full cost and the car would be shipped to CT. I was not comfortable with that (as well as my bank I was withdrawing the funds from) and instead indicated I would need a current photo of the vehicle and Alex did send a photo of the car on the front lot with him in the photo and holding a sign with my name on it and the date taken 8/28. Upon getting that prompt photo, I advised my bank but they still had concerns about the transaction of full payment and suggested I offer an alternative of 1/2 payment up front and upon delivery of the vehicle to me the remaining payment would be made via a Cashiers check. Alex agreed and indicated the car should be delivered within 7 to 10 days. Since that date back in early Sept, No one from Karros has contacted me and an email sent to Karros was responded to advising that Alex was involved in a motor vehicle accident and he is currently out of work. There was no comments about the delivery of the Mustang. It is now near 3 weeks since 1/2 payment was made and I can not reach Alex , it appears his number has been disconnected and the alternative number for Karros goes to an answering machine which leads to No where, no returned calls to me. I am frustrated beyond words and I will likely need to take legal action against Karros. My suggestion, AVOID THIS SCAM DEALERSHIP, THEY ARE NOT TRUST-WORTHY AT ALL.

Around 7:15pm, I arrived at this location with my husband and daughter. We approached the customer…read moreservice desk and waited in line. As customers were greeted and assisted, we continued to wait. There were 4 employees standing near the customer service area speaking amongst themselves. Around 10 minutes later, we were still not greeted or assisted. Due to the employees lack of acknowledgment, we began to get frustrated. I approached the group of employees that were standing nearby, and asked if we could get assistance. The employees all looked to one another, then 1 employee stepped forward. This employee asked if we had an appointment, to which I replied no. The employee stated that they do not take walk-ins after 6 o'clock. He continued to ask questions such as, have you been a customer before, do you know what kind of car you're looking for. To which I replied yes. This employee then continued to speak, explaining that they do not accept walk-ins after this time so the availability of their workers. After receiving this information my family and I left. I don't have an issue with their policy or procedures regarding walk-ins. I have an issue with the lack of professionalism and customer service. There were several employees available who could have stated this information upon our arrival. However they continued to ignore my family and I. A little courtesy and respect goes a long way. Clearly the employees here don't possess those qualities. While I possesses an appraisal offer for my trade in vehicle, I will seek service elsewhere.

That said, I'll still continue working with Tiger and highly recommend him for his professionalism and transparency.

After I got the correct VIN and the car fax, it shows a descrepency of mileage. 3/29/2024 56,313. THeb 6/04/2025 mileage of 14,223. Shows a service record from another place in 2024 where the mileage is 56,313. So after a few emails to him telling him of this he has the audacity to call me and chew me out for "accusing him of commiting a crime." The nerve of this guy. Yet the car is still advertised with the wrong VIN and mileage of14,223. The title shows its a NAM vehicle. He also told me it was a "clerical error."

Darya was responsive via text and answered all my questions quickly prior to seeing the vehicle. Was even friendlier and more genuine in person, and made the transaction easy. Chris was knowledgeable on the test drive, running through the pros and cons of the vehicle honestly and accurately. My experience was…read moreexcellent, and honestly the complete opposite of what you might expect if you only read the one-star reviews. This is not a traditional "walk-in, browse the lot, take a random test drive" dealership. They operate by appointment only, and their process--including pricing philosophy--is explained clearly on their website. I took the time to read it beforehand, and everything that happened aligned exactly with what they describe. Their vehicles are extremely aggressively priced, and they are also very transparent about condition. Darya was incredibly responsive from the start and sent detailed photos and videos, including close-ups of cosmetic flaws and imperfections. I was flying down from Northern California, so having all of that information upfront mattered--and there were zero surprises. My flight was delayed by about two hours. Since they run by appointment, I contacted them to adjust my arrival time and they were very accommodating. When I arrived, the GX470 was pulled out and ready, and both Mike and Darya took the time to answer every question I had, didn't rush anything, and were honestly funny as hell. On top of that, they have some genuinely amazing stories, which made the experience feel personal instead of transactional. They also have one of the most impressive collections of vehicles I've seen in one place. The purchase process itself was straightforward and smooth. From what I can tell, many of the negative reviews stem from people who either didn't read how this business operates, didn't like that model, or expected a conventional dealership experience. That's not what this place is--and they're very clear about it. I'm extremely happy with the vehicle and would absolutely buy from them again.
