Another severe problem : he actually sold me defective car. i have to replace the ford focus batter in the mid of october. i thought it's normal since the car is 8 years old. but later, i just find out the car regularly lose battery, and it wont start anymore, i would have to jump start it a few time at first. We spoke to Emil upon arrival. He was very nice and helpful. My friend and I ended up staying at the dealership for over 3 hours due to weighing all our options. Emil was VERY patient with us && very accommodating to us. He definitely went out of his way to make sure we got what we were looking for as I have been trying to find a vehicle for a few months now. We test drove a bunch of cars there. Emil was extremely helpful when it came to assisting us and getting us a very good deal on a car. He did not make us feel rushed and I'm very happy. I recently bought a 2012 Honda civic here in Jan 2026 and paid 11k for it because it had low milage (72k miles). The only real issue I saw at the time was the driver's seat had a tear in it but no big deal I bought some seat covers to cover it up. When I left the car lot the car seemed to drive fine but within 2 weeks the car started making funny grinding noises when braking. I took it to the mechanic and he said all the mounts needed to be replaced. Had to replace the engine mount, transmission mount and the torque mount. $1k to replace all the mounts. After the mounts were replaced, the car was still making grinding noises. He said the right hub assembly was bent and needed to be replaced. This would cost me $350 to fix. The hub assembly was replaced and the car was still making grinding noises. Took the car back to the mechanic. He found out the brakes that were used were cheap metallic brakes and they needed to be replaced along with the rotors. That is why the car was still making grinding noises. During the inspection they said the struts, shocks and sway bars were in bad shape and needed to be replaced as well. This service would cost me an additional 2k. The mechanic also found sludge in the oil and transmission fluid and air filter was caked on black. $350 to replace those fluids and air filter. The mechanic said the person who sold me the car knew about these issue before selling me the car because they were obvious problems any mechanic can see. But wait there is more!! During this whole process the check air bag keeps turning on and off. The mechanic couldn't diagnose the check airbag light. I'm 100% sure this car has been in a car accident and stolen at some point because the 2 front headlights don't match. The blinkers are different colors and one is old, the other one is brand new due to car being crashed. There is a gap between my windshield and body of the car also due to the card being crashed. I didn't obviously notice these issues right away. There are scratches all over the inside of my door and a huge gap/tear between my driver side window/door where they jimmied the door open and all the steering column covers are missing (plastic on the bottom of the steering wheel). So far what I spent within 3 months of owning the car. Out of pocket repairs: $1000 to fix the mounts $350 to replace the driver side hub assembly $350 for the fluid changes. $450 for new brakes and rotors $1500 for new struts, shocks and sway bars. $50 floor mats. $3700 in repairs so far within the first 3 months of owning this car. I looked in my trunk couple months ago and there is no spare tire in there. Just an old rotten tire. The car has cheap hub caps on it as well. I noticed this when I bought the car but overlooked this. Finally, it turns out the bottom and top of my steering collum covers are missing. The plastic piece that goes on the bottom of the steering wheel is missing. He put a leather flap on the top of the steering column cover to hide this so when you pull it back you can see the engine from inside the car. THIS IS A HUGE HAZARD! You shouldn't be able to see the engine from the top of your steering wheel, inside the car! Things that still need to be fixed. - The check air bag light- can cost me another $1000+ - Missing/broken steering column covers $1000 - New Hub caps/Rims another $800 -Fix interior and seatbelt -$1000 -Body work-$1000 -new spare tire $300 Another 5k+ in repairs that still needs to be done. Basically, So far I spent $15000 on a 2012 Honda Civic. After all the repairs that need to be done it will cost me close to 20k for a 2012 HONDA. Save your time and money! STAY AWAY from this place!!! He also charges you 3% to use your credit card which is ILLEGAL!! I CAN POST ALL MY RECIPTS OF REPAIRS DONE EMIL!! You have been WARNED!
