Over the last couple years. The service has gone downhill here. They are constantly getting new groomers and you don't have a consistent experience. At the time you get somebody who doesn't know what they're doing and the other half of the time it looks great but it's just not consistent. Now I went and visited with the owner there and got up charged for silly things that I've never been charged before before despite going there every month for probably five years.
