The WORST spa ever! I honestly mean this when I say I wish I could give it no stars, the vicinity was clean and deserves a start for that, but nothing else. I paid $50 for a one hour, which was really 50 minutes not 60 minutes, to be rubbed with lotion by an 80 year old woman. Now I'm not being age discriminatory and there are older adults who can give amazing massages but There was NO MASSAGE! Nothing. No pressure. No muscle kinks rubbed out, nothing. Just putting lotion on their hands and rubbing it on my skin. Then my wife got a "prenatal" massage and said they did the same thing, rub lotion on her skin! My wife even spoke up and said to the woman can you please put some pressure and her 85 year old woman replied "in my experience pressure is no good"! I will never and have never gone back. I'm a firm believer of giving people and places a second chance but not this time. We spent $100 to have lotion rubbed on the both of us where we could have done that for free to each other. read more

Arrived early, and was offered water and taken to their cute little waiting area just past their koi pond. Once my massage was ready, I was taken back by Kay into a private room. Before starting my massage, she asked if I wanted med. or hard pressure and I chose hard pressure because I've been doing alot of fitness training recently and needed some knots worked out! I felt she did a GREAT job during my whole hour on my whole body. She really worked hard the whole time using her hands and arms. She will work your glutes too so if you're not comfortable in that area, you should mention something right away. My back was a little sore the next day, but I realize it's from her working out all my knots and it feels good! I wish I knew about this gem earlier! It has a beautiful modern lobby with a koi pond when you enter and all rooms and bathrooms are very clean, updated, and tastefully styled. I was warmly greeted upon entrance and had no wait time. A petite older woman gave me a full body 60-minute massage and was surprisingly very strong and firm, which is exactly what I needed and hoped for. I fell asleep in the second-half of my massage and was very satisfied with my massage experience, so I purchased a couples massage for my husband and me for his (our) Valentine's Day gift! First time at this place and the whole time it was down the street from my friends house. Found Groupon for couples massage. The place was very nice, clean and peaceful. The couples room was very roomy and they had nice calm music playing. I don't remember the name of the girls we had but they were amazing!!! Both my friend and I fell asleep. They really got in there and used their elbows. They even get on top of you!! I have never had someone do that before. They really stretch you too so that was really nice because I work out. I received a 90 minute massage from Alice. I like deep tissue massages to work the knots out. I do not care for the use of oil which she complied and did the massage over the sheet. She did an amazing job on my shoulders and neck. I had an odd request to massage my jaw as I have some TMJ she did as requested and did a great job at it. Got a groupon for a couples massage and on the day of our appointment, my husband and I were looking forward to relaxation, that's not what we got however... the ladies giving the massages proceeded to talk to each other during the massages (not ok, not relaxing) then half way through, both walked out unannounced and I had to ask my husband if the massage was over. We both figured that they went to get towels or other supplies to finish up the massage (a little notice would have been courteous to the customer). And as for my massage ( if you can call it that) I basically got a stretching session/ rub down. I have a sports injury on my right side and a good massage always helps, so I took a chance on this place, my mistake. Just to be clear, that was NOT a Massage! If I wanted to be rubbed on with oil, I'd ask my husband to do it, not pay some random lady with no idea what she's doing. Used a Groupon voucher for a massage. Appointment was easy to make. We showed up on time and were taken in quickly. Room seemed neat, but had a very mild odor, not sure from what. Quality of massage was average. The masseuse periodically talk in their native language during massage. When the session ended, they left the room, came out to the lobby and stood by the counter with the cashier/owner, staring at us as we came out and just stood there awkwardly expecting their tips. I didn't have anything other than a $20 bill and asked the cashier/owner for change to tip partially. She took my bill, said that she didn't have change, turned away from me and went on talking the masseuse. The end of the appointment felt almost hostile, unprofessional and awkward with so much pressure for tipping when that should be decided by customers as a token of appreciation for a job well done. We had such great expectations based on past reviews, but were so disappointed. Poor experience. Won't be back. read more

This was the strangest massage I've ever had. I arrived a little early, and my first reception was a scolding for being early. Then, the massage table was flimsy, the linens were skimpy and there were no pillows or wedges used during the massage. There was no communication about my needs or areas of concern. It was by far the most rough and uncomfortable experience I've ever had. The woman used her feet on me. Is that normal? She pulled my underwear way down and massaged my rearend without asking if it was okay. If this is what you expect in a massage, then you will probably like it. Everything was clean and peaceful, exactly what you want at a massage spa. The massage therapists are friendly and attentive to your needs, making sure the pressure is just what you want. I like the service from the massage therapist, but the owner and her family who run this place are horrible. If you plan to buy Groupon or any special deals online, you may get a hard time using them here. Yesterday I bought a Groupon deal for the first time and I tried to use it today, and the owner denied it due to me not being a new customer (I love the place so I have been back a few times). I explained to the owner that being a new customer was not one of the requirements in the fine print, and she said "I don't care". I asked her if I should contact Groupon to get a refund, and she said it again "I don't care". So we hung up. Out of frustration, I called her back and asked why she would post a deal online but wouldn't honor it, and tried to make up all different rules like that, and she said "I don't care" the third time. When I told her that her treatment to me, a repeated customer, was unexceptable, and I would make sure this get posted on Yelp and Groupon, then she lowered her voice and said "I am sorry but my English is not good". No ma'am, even if your English was not good, a simple "sorry" would have been better than an "I don't care", especially to someone who (used to) loved the place and came back to support your business! read more

My boyfriend bought us a groupon to come to this place and get a massage for an early anniversary present. We were so excited and drove a distance to get here but did not mind because of all the great reviews we saw online. We called asking for the couples massage and were able to get a same day appointment which was great! The guy even double checked before giving an answer and came back with a definite "yes". We get there and to our surprise were told "they were busy and behind schedule, only rooms available are single rooms". We paid specifically for a couples massage and were not interested in single rooms. The lady up front, I'm assuming is the manager, told us they put one person in the couples room which caused a hold up for the couples massage. We weren't the only ones waiting for our couples massage either. My question is why would they put a single person in a room intended for couples when they have 2 couple massage appointments set. Also, if they knew they were behind schedule and had a scheduled appointment in the couples room why couldnt they call in advance and see if maybe the scheduled appointment could come later rather than waiting for us to get there and waste time driving out. The lady was nice but this could've been handled differently so their customers are not driving out only to be told their appointment cannot be done. read more
