This place is awesome! Really clean environment and the rooms are actually rooms with nice decor. The bed was really comfortable and had a heating pad if you get cold during the massage. They use a body cream instead of oil for part of the massage which didn't bother me and still felt great! My shoulders and body feel so much more relaxed after my session. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back! They have a stamp card point system as well, 10 stamps = 1 free hour! read more

I visited the spa this past weekend for an hour massage. After reading a few of the positive reviews on here, I decided to request Helen as the masseur and she did not disappoint! The receptionist was gladly able to book me for a same day appointment and price matched the groupon deal which i also very much appreciated. Helen applied the perfect pressure for the full-body massage and actually surprised me with her ability to perform ashiatsu - which i have never had done before. The knot i felt in my right shoulder seems to have disappeared following the appointment which was my ultimate goal. I will definitely be back in a few weeks to visit Helen again and possibly try another service, as well. read more

I came in first thing in the morning unsure what to expect. To my surprise, this was absolutely the best massage I've ever had. Half way through I asked for 90 minutes instead of 60 and she was super nice about it. It was THAT good! Nancy was absolutely perfect in regards to pressure and professionalism. The table was heated and the music wasn't too loud. The establishment was clean and well run. THE WORST MASSAGE EVER! it's the day after my "massage" (I would probably call it a slapping/over-the-sheet-rubdown more than a traditional massage but I digress) and my body is in worse shape than when i go there. I didn't go in with any issues, tightness or strains and that's what I left with. To be honest during my "massage" I questioned how qualified this "masseuse" was with her awkward techniques and less than relaxing rub down. I went in with my man for a couples massage and when we go there it was seemed less like a spa and more like a Sweat shop. The woman at the front desk took us back without asking any questions, told us to undress and close the door. It didn't come across as professional to me. Sunni (wife of the owner) was very sweet greeting me at the door and making me feel welcomed. The music and runny water inside really helped me relax before the massage. The beds were heated comfortable and clean. The facility looks new and well kept although they have been opened for 3 years. Great comfortable spot for a massage. My masseuse was Lucy. Without prior consultation she was able to recognize what my problem area was. Sometimes massages can be a little painful depending on your body so I did appreciate at some point that she asked if I was ok. That shows that she is paying attention to her client. I found them on Groupon and even though I'm usually skeptical of Groupon I decided to give it a try. I got the 90minute full body massage from Sharon and she was AMAZING! She identified my problem spots and worked at them as well as massaged my whole body. It includes hot stones and a hot towel massage. These ladies know a thing or two about what they do. The facility is always clean and fresh and I feel incredibly at ease with the way they treat me. Always walk out of there in better shape than when walking in. They have bars above the bed for walking in your back and seem to always find the injured areas of your body without prompting. I've been here twice before and it was great. Went back today and the merchant refused service because I "have been here before with Groupon" and she only allows people to use it once (or so she claims, even though I have been here before). If that's the case, then why did Groupon allow me to buy it a THIRD time AFTER the three month period? 2, why she didn't bring this up on the phone when I called to make the appointment the second time I went OR yesterday just floored me. After she asked me for my name and phone # to book the appointment, she realized that I had been there BEFORE. Three, I told her it was a couples massage FROM GROUPON (I always like to mention where I get my deals from to avoid any confusion on both ends). Soooo why was it that she waited for me to come in and then let me know that SHE doesn't allow people to come in more than once with a Groupon deal? I wasted my time, wasted my gas, and had a very unpleasant time. Its not like we don't tip them well, we've tipped them up to $15-$20 PER masseuse the previous two times we've been there because they're good. The merchant went ahead and tried to explain that when people buy from Groupon they don't make any money, so if you don't make any money why are you on Groupon? Also, if you only allow people to go once, why was I able to buy it a second and a third time? Is Groupon at fault here because they're not fully disclosing the terms? Or are they being made up as the merchant pleases? It'd be good to know. Never coming here again, even if it means I have to go to Brea again. Orange is close (I'm up the street) but never again. Just had a 90 minute massage by Sherri and let me tell you it was THE BEST!!!!! The room was clean and calming with roses on the table. Calm music playing in the background to make sure you relax as much as possible. I thought it would be an a carafe massage but to my surprise it was amazing! Sherri made sure I was comfortable at all times and made sure she wasn't pressing too hard. I am extremely ticklish and she made sure she told me what she was doing before she did it. I still had a little bit of the giggles but manages to get rid of them fast. Definitely will be going back for more! read more

She left the door open and when I asked her to close it she said it was open in case someone came in! Mediocre massage overall. Edit: wanted to make sure I had the right location, definitely correct. I went on a holiday Monday. I'm not sure who the person was but she wasn't in the same uniform as the masseurs and said because it was a holiday there were less people there and so that's why she had to keep an eye on the door/phone. My partner and I used two Groupons for 90-minute massages, which were accepted, no problem (made prior reservations). The place is nicely decorated and clean. We were taken to our rooms right away. We've had massages at many places and have to say, this was "different" from start to finish... First off, there was no paperwork to fill out (probably a good thing). No "Hello, my name is X and I'll be your therapist. What type of massage and pressure do you like? Any areas to concentrate on or avoid?" Just taken to the room and motioned to the table and a thin sheet to cover, then left to allow time to disrobe. I laid face-down under the sheet. She comes in again, no greeting or questions and started in with a pretty firm pressure. First part of the massage face-down is done with the sheet covering me, but then it was folded back and a cream was used to continue the massage. She used her whole body climbing up on the table massaging with her arms. The massage included partial uncovering of the butt to massage that too (I didn't object, but some might find that too personal...if you have left your underwear on, they fold that back to avoid staining and get in there). She didn't wrap the sheet very tightly around body parts not being massaged, so if you're a guy face-down, your "junk" might be exposed a bit and when face-up, the thin sheet might be a little too revealing. So maybe you want to keep your tightie-whities on. There seems to be not much modesty at this place... About halfway through, she tells me she's leaving to get hot stones and returns and uses them with lotion to massage my back (is that flesh I smell burning...?). I wasn't expecting that, which is usually an extra-cost option at other spas, so that was a nice surprise. Later she leaves and comes back with a hot towel and massages with that and rubs down to remove any lotion. It turned out to be a good massage, but "different" from what you get at places like Massage Envy or Hot Stone. read more

Unlike other vendors with Groupons who make it hard to schedule, they took me later that day. The place is clean and peaceful, staff was very friendly but not to the point of talking too much. Julie was the therapist and she packed so much into the 90 minutes. They walk on your back if you want them to and I was open to trying. It was very good, sheet is covering you so it's not weird, I would recommend it if you want firm pressure. Place was truly amazing from start to finish. Greeted with wonderful smile by owner (I think) and taken to room immediately. You don't meet therapist until your already down on the bed which was little different. My therapist Anna was nothing less than amazing and thorough. It's a good professional place. The tables/beds were like pillows of soft clouds. They are twice the width of normal tables and so comfy. Love this place and just cant wait to come back. As for the massage, it was one of the poorest I don't know is the masseuse lacked experience or what. I went in for a 60 minute body massage. Sadly, most of the time felt like a rub down with her hands. She also kneeled on the back of my legs while rubbing my back which I found very odd. She was great and the massage was nice. I enjoyed it and I will be back to this location. The surrounding spots are not as professional or clean. The therapist who worked on me was Helen. I highly recommend her. She worked on my whole body with hot towel, facial aromatherapy and stretch included.
