Called 2 months later about looking at my gutters and was told the estimator would be coming out and never showed up. Nobody called me back when I inquired at the end of the day. Twice I've spent my day open waiting for someone at this company to look at my house and they either don't follow up with a bid or don't even show up. Taking my business to Atta Boy .

My roof was very overdue for cleaning, thus the mess was much bigger than expected. To compound the matter, I was in a hurry to leave for an appointment, so didn't review the work. Had I done so, we could have resolved the issue then and there. I have no issues with the actual cleaning, and was partially at fault for the communication issue, therefore am revising my review to four stars. I will not let my roof get in such a state again, and will not hesitate to use Bellingham Roof & Gutter again in the future.

He quickly submitted a detailed quote including everything he'd do, including cleaning not only my exterior windows but the screens, frames, and sills as well, but also answered my multiple follow-up questions too. After reviewing other quotes, I hired Nathan and set up an appointment a few days later. He arrived right on time and did an amazing job on my windows! I don't even think I realized how dirty those darned windows were, but the difference was impressive. I was so impressed with Nathan that I booked him for next weekend to come clean my roof. Oh, and his prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

They rope you into an agreement (which I never signed) and take a credit card. They made the appointment for Monday (essentially NO time to cancel). I cancelled Saturday, they did not honor this request. They charged my credit card. I had wanted interior and exterior window cleaning. They quoted me a reasonable rate then right before our call was over, they said "Oh, the interior cleaning will double the cost". Totally scammy. Worse, interior cleaning would NOT include cleaning the tracks of the windows. I should have just cancelled the whole thing at that point. But I waited a day and they automatically charged my credit card. Terrible business practices. These predatory and aggressive sales tactics are not good for customers. Do not even call them.
