Called on a Monday, not knowiing whether I needed some gutter repair, or complete new gutters. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate on Wednesday morning 9:00 am They came out on Wednesday morning at 8:45 and after some discussion decided on new gutters. He handed me an estimate on the spot and gave me some time to think about it. I thought about it for a couple hours and called for an appointment that day to get the new getters installed. The appointment was for set for a Friday, 9 days later. They arrived on time on the Friday morning,and were finished in less than 4 1/2 hours,including removing and disposing of the old gutters. They were very professional, and cleaned up all their mess(which was minimal). The final cost was exactly what the estimate quoted. I called to have our gutter repaired and Sherry the person I spoke with said they would be out to do an estimate on a Wednesday late morning or early afternoon. I told her I would be there all day. The person never showed up so I called her and asked if they were still coming coming and she said "not now" but let me check and I'll call you right back. She never called back and when I tried to call back obviously my number was blocked because she answered when I had some one call for me. So I made a mistake of having a Roofing company do two things. 1. Install a roof and 2. install gutters. I will save you the time of what I went through. #2 I had to reach out and contact Discount gutters to have this done. Discount had a estimate within 3 days of contact. Had to wait for materials to come in and two weeks later I have gutters that were installed within hours. It was pouring rain and the two gentleman who installed them had a smile on there faces during the job. Very professional installed and done. Very happy with the job.
