This is an amazing company. Jared, whom I spoke to multiple times, was friendly, professional, and super personable. I never saw the workers who came out to do the bid or clean the roof, gutters, and the windows on the second story since I was at work both times. But it was like super amazing elves came and handled it all! Coming home yesterday to a moss-free roof and clean gutters was absolutely the best feeling ever. And I might add, Atta Boy came in way less than another local bid we had done last spring. I give them my highest rating and approval. We've had AttaBoy Window, Gutter, Roof & Pressure Cleaning out to our home for several years now. Jared in the office is excellent at setting up the appointments and friendly plus knowledgeable to answer any questions you have. They give you a phone call the day before to remind you of appt. Always show up on time, mostly we use their services of roof, gutter cleaning and moss abatement. Once had window cleaning, and deck pressure washed. Always show up at appointed time, and do a wonderful job of helping to preserve our roof, and making the windows sparkle and deck looking new again. I recommend them if you need any of their services.. don't hesitate to call them and talk with Jared. We recently had Eldon and Ryan come out to do a repair, and moss treatment on our roof. Worst customer service that I have ever received. I have called their office multiple times and no call back. The only way they will call back is if you're paying. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. When they came to clean our roof they pressure washed all the moss and leaves into our drain, clogged it, and made it flood into our house. It ruined our brand new wood floors. Every time I tried to call them regarding it, they would never pick up the phone or call back! read more

We have used Atta Boy for our home and rentals' roof and gutter cleaning for years. They were professional and considerate. NOT any more. Kamryn was very rude and called me names. I'm not sure what he expected me to do besides stand there and listen to all he mandated we have done (tree trimming) before he'd let his crew work on our property. I took mental notes and agreed with him on doing the pre-work done before we hired Atta Boy. The worst customer service that I have ever encountered.
