My roof was very overdue for cleaning, thus the mess was much bigger than expected. To compound the matter, I was in a hurry to leave for an appointment, so didn't review the work. I have no issues with the actual cleaning, and was partially at fault for the communication issue, therefore am revising my review to four stars. They rope you into an agreement (which I never signed) and take a credit card. They made the appointment for Monday (essentially NO time to cancel). I cancelled Saturday, they did not honor this request. They charged my credit card. I had wanted interior and exterior window cleaning. They quoted me a reasonable rate then right before our call was over, they said "Oh, the interior cleaning will double the cost". Totally scammy. Worse, interior cleaning would NOT include cleaning the tracks of the windows. I should have just cancelled the whole thing at that point. But I waited a day and they automatically charged my credit card. Terrible business practices. These predatory and aggressive sales tactics are not good for customers. Do not even call them.
