Stay away from this company. I called on a Friday. They suggested mandatory 4 window cleanings per year (I called for 1 cleaning, period). They rope you into an agreement (which I never signed) and take a credit card. They made the appointment for Monday (essentially NO time to cancel). I cancelled Saturday, they did not honor this request. They charged my credit card. I had wanted interior and exterior window cleaning. They quoted me a reasonable rate then right before our call was over, they said "Oh, the interior cleaning will double the cost". Totally scammy. Worse, interior cleaning would NOT include cleaning the tracks of the windows. I should have just cancelled the whole thing at that point. But I waited a day and they automatically charged my credit card. Terrible business practices. These predatory and aggressive sales tactics are not good for customers. Wow! Jackson did an excellent job! And what an incredible work ethic! Showed up on time each morning and worked until almost dinner time. We had him clean the debris from our metal roofs (house, shop, and garage) and then wash them (no easy feat, as our house roof is steep!). Check out the before and after photos on the wash. I wish I had a photo of the roof before he cleaned all the debris off! We also had him clean our gutters and do windows inside and out, as well as our glass deck rail. He was here for 3 long days. He was super careful and everything looks amazing. We will use him again next spring for sure. We found him with a yelp search and requested a quote. He was first to respond, first to show up to bid the job, and first to submit a quote. His price was very reasonable (we got 3 quotes)! Not enough that we wanted them back but enough to know this service isn't for us. Unfortunately we didn't notice the problem until after they had left and the windows had time to dry. Couldn't be happier with our roof, gutter and exterior/interior window cleaning at our cabin in Glacier. I originally planned on window washing only, but Jackson suggested we would need a roof and gutter cleaning which would ruin our exterior window wash. I had no idea he also did roof and gutter cleanings, so we decided to proceed with an interior window cleaning only and booked a separate visit for our exterior work. We had great communication with Jackson and he (or his employee) showed up on time for both visits. Jackson and Corey did a good job on our windows, skylite and glass deck panels. They were kind enough to squeeze us in for a last minute job before an event we were hosting at home. It requires tag teaming on their part but they made it work. I'm a picky customer. I feel if I'm paying a professional to do my Window cleaning, I'm going to look closely before I write that check. I found a few spots that needed a once-over and Jackson addressed them to my satisfaction. Mount Baker Windows uses a hose and pole method to clean high up exterior windows that can't be accessed by a ladder. Interior window cleaning they use the micro fiber "mop-squeegee scrubber" and rubber squeegee method for all the rest. They wiped the tracks, frames and the screens that they took down. (There were a few that got missed). *Note they don't clean glass block windows since it doesn't work well with the squeegee method so they discounted our original bid. Overall, you get what you ask for with this company. If something wasn't clean to my expectations or got missed (we were the last job of the day), I made a point to ask about it and all was made right. At the end of the day, I'm a happy customer. read more
