He sent me a bunch of pictures and I thought it looked fine but now that to get into the apartment it's awful. They only have clean the baseboards. The windows are smeared dirtier than they were before stove. refrigerator had not been cleaned. I paid that company $200 and I'm not 100% sure what they actually did. That's my fault for not being there but I was sick and unable to and took Paul for his word. He sounded like a very nice man on the phone, but obviously the company needs babysitting in order to get it done right. It's a shame. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
