On May 13, I made arrangements to have my house cleaned on July 3. On June 26, I followed up to make sure the cleaning would be done. The owner confirmed that it would. The day before the cleaning, the owner contacted me, asking if the cleaning could be done a little later in the day. I agreed to this. Then the owner contacted me again, asking to do the cleaning at the original time. I was amenable to that. The morning of the scheduled cleaning, the owner texted me saying they wouldn't be able to do the cleaning until later in the month. What a joke! These people are doing work for a neighbor who is very happy with them. I emailed for a bid to clean my place and they got back to me with a reasonable quote, but let me know that they will not accept a check or cash payment at the time of service. They require that they have your credit card on file and they do a draw on it each time. I don't give anyone permission to draw on a credit card or bank account, I want to do the transaction myself (have had multiple cards hacked and am ultra-cautious now). They will not compromise on this point, so we weren't able to make a deal unfortunately. read more

He quickly submitted a detailed quote including everything he'd do, including cleaning not only my exterior windows but the screens, frames, and sills as well, but also answered my multiple follow-up questions too. The move out clean I requested was not done to move out standards. Window tracks were still dirty, walls still had marks on them and the stairs were not touched. One of the rooms (the primary bedroom which made up almost half the area that needed to be cleaned) I requested be done was not touched despite me reiterating on three separate occasions that it needed to be done. Originally I was offered a $100 discount on a $400 clean despite more than half of the work not being done. I said I was not willing to pay more than $100 for his time at which point he said he would call this a "lesson learned" and move on. Nice people to work with and were able to convey a knowledge of what they do before starting the job. I contacted Prestige for a pre sale cleaning of our 3000sq ft. Rambler. The windows were "cleaned" on a prior day. Im not sure how long they have been doing this type of work. Im sure they will learn from this experience. They Under bid the job and the time required to do it. Being able to adjust on the fly and communicate that they are overwhelmed and made an error in judgment when bidding the job would be a positive. I would have let them stay late and paid for it or come back and I'd paid for it. It was obvious they were rushing at the end. When they came back to clean the house after cleaning the windows the day before, they had to re-clean the windows. Adding pictures for effect. Some surfaces were wiped with dirty towels and or not dried, we could tell because of streaking and water spots / tracks left behind. We have laminate flooring, and they did some areas so fast that actual cleaning didn't take place, more like smearing. I watched them cover a section of flooring 40 x 20 in at most 5min. At the end stating It's a big house and only 2 of us. And yes they said if you need more done please call us.. But after THAT, I couldn't see bringing them back. I hate cleaning windows and I re-did them spotlessly. And everything else. read more

I hired Prestige Cleaning Solutions for a deep clean. They weren't the cheapest bid, nor were they most expensive. They did a top notch job so it was a good value, no question. Nathan and Ariana team-cleaned my 2br, 2.5ba townhouse from top to bottom. Their attention to detail was impeccable. They got blinds, oven, microwave, dishwasher, appliances. All the floors, including sweeping out my garage (wow)! All the chrome fixtures and glass surfaces are shining. Very nice couple and they did a good job cleaning. My problem is we agreed upon every other Tuesday at 2 pm and this day and time never happened. The first time they called to change the day. The second time they showed up an hour early with no notice. The third time they didn't show up. I called and they said they scheduled me for the following day. Zero stars. Do not recommend. Gave a low-ball initial bid along with a list of services provided for that price. I communicated that my needs included cleaning the interior of the fridge and scrubbing the bathtub. But I did not need the carpets cleaned as we had hired another carpet cleaner. And we did not need the microwave cleaned as we were moving out and didn't care about the microwave. He said he could accommodate our needs. But on cleaning day he arrived late and explained that he was offering a "maid service" and to do the job that we needed done it would cost more than double his original quote and he couldn't do it on the same day anyway. In the end we did not hire him and did the best we could on our own, knowing that we will get dinged by our landlord and lose part of our security deposit. It's clearly his business practice to quote low then attempt to upsell when you need the cleaning urgently and it's too late to hire anyone else. This is the first review I've done because I've never been so blown away by a service. I felt everyone needs to know about these people so I was inclined to write a review. They came in and did a move in/move out service and the place was in extremely poor condition. Stains all over the carpet and tile. By the time they left the place looked brand new. The detail they put into the service was immaculate and the price was almost too good to be true. They not only were very thorough but they were also fast and efficient. To top it off they were both very kind people and you can tell they have a lot of passion for what they do. I hope this review helps to ease your decision about which service to use.
