Steve's has a great web site to request a quote, I was contacted quickly to schedule a bid. Prices were reasonable and fair. Unfortunately scheduling the work got pushed out by the pandemic. The day scheduled for the work I got a call advising they were enroute. My job was pretty easy moss cleanup and treatment. Crew made short work of the project, did a good job of taking care of the stuff that flew off the roof. These guys do Christmas lights too! I came home after it got done and it looked awesome! A clean crisp white light look. And when it's time to take the lights down, they will do that too, all for a great price. We spent $2000 with the company and were definitely not happy with the results. For our roof, they sprinkled BAKING SODA (and not even very much of it!!) and that was "treating it" for moss. We were told they were going to use an "advanced but very safe chemical product) to treat the moss. For windows, it was supposed to include wiping out the window tracks. NONE of them were wiped out. At all. We know they don't do the corners - and that's not a problem - but the didn't wipe out ANY PORTION of the window tracks. They didn't do a few of the upper windows, but when the guy came back, he argued with us, saying he DID do them (when it was obvious he hadn't). It wasn't worth it to ask them to wipe out the window tracks (which we paid for) and face more argument. We just decided they won't ever get our business again. Our advice is to go elsewhere (and save a boatload of money and sprinkle baking soda from Costco on your roof to treat it for moss). read more

I called weeks ago for an appointment for a bid to clean my windows and gutters. The appointment was scheduled for today at 9am. I was sick but I still got up and dressed as I thought it would be short notice for me to cancel. Well, 9am, no one arrives, 9:15am, I call and leave a msg asking if they are in their way. After 10am I call again. Then at 10:35 I left a messenger message through their FB account. Finally at 12 noon their office assistant calls. Says she'll get a hold of Matt and have him call me. A few minutes later he calls and says they were short handed as someone called out sick. I am pissed at this point since I have waited THREE HOURS, he says he could get there between 2:30-3. I told him no and hung up on him. Then he texts me that I don't need to be mean. WTH! You are the one who screwed up. Couldn't take a minute to call earlier to tell me you were running behind? I think if I had not called or message, I wouldn't have heard anything, who knows if anyone would have showed up. Poor customer service and impression for a first time customer. He said they were really busy and couldn't help it. Excuse me, doesn't your office control your schedule?! Why is that my fault?! Next time don't make a customer wait three hours to hear from you. read more

These guys were great. They sent a crew of four to wash the insides and outsides of well over 40 windows including screens, eight skylights, several glass panels that screen our decks, and to blow off our tile roof. It took the crew a little over four hours to accomplish all of that, and they did a great job. Jake, the crew lead, checked every window to make sure they were all squeaky clean. They cleaned up after themselves, too! Their prices were competitive, and we'll have them back next year for sure!
