I've had window washers for years as its a job I really dislike and am not very good at. I consistently used the same company when I lived on Seattle's east side but when I moved to Sequim, I obviously had to find someone else! I didn't think I'd find someone as good as the one I had previously and didn't know who to call but when the Highland Olympic truck left our neighborhood one afternoon, I decided to check them out. They quickly returned my call, came out as scheduled to do an estimate then arrived a few days later to do the work exactly as promised. I was really impressed with the work this company performed, quickly cleaning each window then putting my dusty screens through a "screen washer" and wiping down the window tracks. When Rob left, my windows looked great, even my skylights were cleaned inside and out, exceeding my previous company's work! After a busy spring and early summer-we declared it was time to address the issue of the windows. We didn't want to face the dreaded task ourselves-what are we gonna do? We called Highland Olympic! Mark was prompt to come, gave a us a bid within a couple of hours. We scheduled an appointment, when Mark arrived to clean our windows, he wore a mask and shoe covers, was prompt, efficient and very personable. This review is for roof & gutter cleaning. They came out on time with masks on; worked longer than estimated time - they went the extra mile. We had them clean the second story roof & its gutters only (my husband cleaned the first story, but I didn't want him cleaning the top for safety reason). However, they also hosed off the lower roof & cleaned its gutters due to fallen debris from the top. They're professional & courteous. From what we can see, they did a great job. Olympic came out with their "magic" water and cleaned them beautifully I would highly recommend Olympic to anyone that needs their windows washed. I have them come yearly and it is worth every penny. Honestly I would never use anyone other than rob for window cleaning. He is well priced and dose fantastic work. Very professional and an ease to work with.
