Review-All-in-One Services Recently, I needed to add a sunroom to a newly purchased home. In looking for a contractor, I asked around. and I found someone that had a sunroom built by All-in-One Services, Kyle Fritz. I was able to inspect the work and agreed with the owner that it was excellent. I placed a call to Kyle, and he responded quickly to my call. Came out, looked at the project and connected me to Mya at Home Plans. Within a brief time, we had plans drawn and submitted for permitting. The total time from start to finish was 3 and1/2 months. This included removing the old deck and construction of the 250 sq ft sunroom and 240 sq ft deck. During this time, I found Kyle and his crew to be extremely professional and knowledgeable of the job at hand. Though not part of a family business, the subcontractors worked as if they were part of a family unit. The subcontractors are listed below. Also, I must give kudos to Abi Fritz, the secretary/receptionist, who was able to keep an old, retired airline captain, content in knowing that things were "running on time". The result is a beautiful sunroom and deck which came in at bid. Why can't I give more than five stars! I would give ten if I could. Kyle is my hero! He came to our rescue after I called him and told him about our situation. We had hired By Design Group in Carlsburg last August to do a bathroom remodel. We gave them $11,500 and by the end of February all we had was a partial demo (removal of bathtub) and replacement of one window. We had just received a call that our vanity cabinetry had finally been finished but the $5000 quoted was actually going to be $8700. When we balked at this increase they said too bad, because of changes that were made that was the cost. Thing is WE didn't make any changes THEY DID and didn't tell us there was going to be additional costs. After trying to come to agreement with them they said they didn't think we could work together and we would never be happy. Well they were right about that! We fired them. They are lying, cheating crooks and I hope this serves as a warning to others out there who are considering using them. Found out afterwards that they did the same to my neighbor. Now, let me tell you about Kyle. When I called him he was booked up for months (like all the contractors I called) however, he said he would come take a look. After seeing our nearly unusable bathroom and hearing the full story of what we had been through he said he would help us and would somehow squeeze us into his schedule as he could. And he did just that. Whenever he had a break because of inspections or engineering on other projects in the works he would send his crew to us. When we called or texted...he answered! Always kind and sincere, sympathetic to what we had gone through. We are now almost complete with our project and it looks great. And within what was left of our budget....almost ;-) I took him a check yesterday and met his lovely wife and son. This is a very sweet and honest man with a beautiful family...I want to adopt them! I wouldn't hesitate to hire Kyle for any job. He is honest and communicative and has great contacts in this community to get what you need. There is no way I can express my appreciation for the extremely professional work that was done by these guys. My wife and I are in the process of moving to Sequim. In our other home, we had a back sliding door that went out to the patio. We have 2 pomeranians so I was able to put a dog door between the sliding doors. In our new home here, we have a paneled door. So I actually had to have a dog door installed into the door. Well I gave Kyle a call and he said they were very busy but he would squeeze me in and send a guy over. Well Bo came by the following morning to do the job and being 60 years old, I've dealt with a few companies, and I've NEVER had the professional courtesy nor work performed that was provided by Bo. He was literally 2nd to none. Well after he had completed the job, he left and lo and behold the door ended up being to small for them to comfortably pass through. So I ended up having to buy a new medium size one through Amazon and was to send the small one back, however they gave me a deadline to return it. So I called Kyle up and explained the circumstances and asked if he could send Bo back to swap doors out. Again being as busy as they were, he still found the time to squeeze me in between jobs and come over to swap out the doors so I could return the other door. Now the dogs are going in and out and are happy little campers. Now you might say that a dog door isn't much of a job, but just try telling that to my 2 dogs. Sometimes it's not the size of the job that needs to be done, but the quality of work and professionalism that goes along with it. All in One Services provides just that. EXCELLENT quality of work, with professional courtesy that is second to none. Plus their prices, in my opinion, are both competitive and second to none as well. I spent 47 years in construction. I'm new to sequim needed a competent builder to do a simple horse shelter. After many years, I am disabled and can't do the work. I chanced upon All in 1 Services , Kyle Fritz and Jimmy, Here are some observations. I did a material take off creating a lumber list and hoped for the best. They are organized, efficient, creative thinkers and problem solvers and skilled craftsmen that floored me with their efficiency. With skills that I have rarely witnessed in all of my experience, they are really good. I know a lot about building and specialize in out of the box solutions These guys got so much done in a time frame I was not expecting , a casual observer wouldn't understand it. Technically , their skillset was beautiful to behold, off the charts and It drizzled and they didn't seem to care. They love their rafter framing square to be exact, which can provide so many calculations that it doesn't seem possible. Wow, everything is square, Level, plumbed and lined, and technically as good as it gets. They don't take short cuts that most carpenters would take, they just love doing the job correctly and that is a process. There well orchestrated approach creates a flow that seems like they are hurrying, but they are not. I have worked with thousands of contractors and homeowners , and Kyle and Jimmy see what others do not, This is not Your typical, review, because after what I have seen, a few words wouldn't cut it.
