And I might add, Atta Boy came in way less than another local bid we had done last spring. I give them my highest rating and approval. My roof was very overdue for cleaning, thus the mess was much bigger than expected. To compound the matter, I was in a hurry to leave for an appointment, so didn't review the work. Had I done so, we could have resolved the issue then and there. I have no issues with the actual cleaning, and was partially at fault for the communication issue, therefore am revising my review to four stars. I will not let my roof get in such a state again, and will not hesitate to use Bellingham Roof & Gutter again in the future.

Kiel's bid was significantly less expensive than the other bid I got from the mainland. More important he kept in touch and showed up when he said he would (and it's not easy to get here). They hand-nailed everything - not looking to finish as fast as possible - they wanted to do it right. Cleaned up after they were finished - grounds are spotless. He made good on his offer to make me better than whole. He didn't have to. I think it shows the strength of his character to own and to make an effort to remedy the past mistakes. Before and while work was in process Austin's office staff or support crew worked diligently to keep the project moving as quickly as possible. They smoothed communication issues and kept me updated. Austin's crew lead by Luis replaced the composition shingle roof with a new metal one. They were super-friendly and courteous. I love the new color! The same is true for the new exterior color. My greatest concern with the previous job was with the board and bat siding. Those concerns were justified by water-stains. Austin's crew remedied my concerns by replacing boards and bats. The previous scope of work was limited to two walls. Austin's crew weather-proofed the bats on all four sides of the house. And finally they stained those four sides with a new, more modern color. All of this was done at no financial cost to me. So thank you again to Austin and the Fly Guys.
