Stay away from this company. I called on a Friday. They suggested mandatory 4 window cleanings per…read moreyear (I called for 1 cleaning, period). They rope you into an agreement (which I never signed) and take a credit card. They made the appointment for Monday (essentially NO time to cancel). I cancelled Saturday, they did not honor this request. They charged my credit card. I had wanted interior and exterior window cleaning. They quoted me a reasonable rate then right before our call was over, they said "Oh, the interior cleaning will double the cost". Totally scammy. Worse, interior cleaning would NOT include cleaning the tracks of the windows. I should have just cancelled the whole thing at that point. But I waited a day and they automatically charged my credit card. Terrible business practices. These predatory and aggressive sales tactics are not good for customers. Do not even call them.

They said the rain would wash off the stuff but I didn't see this happen. My house is small, only 1,010 sqft. The roof is flat. They overcharged me for little work. When I contacted them again and said how dissatisfied I was with their service, they want me to pay them for another service at a discount price.
