During the initial meeting I thought that Kevin was going to be ok as he explained what needed being cleaned. The bid was very high but I knew the company did professional buildings all the time. The day of the cleaning 3 guys came. They were very nice and got most of the dust. However it was to take them 2 days and they did it in one. They missed the top of my laundry room cabinets even after I pointed out that they had forgotten the laundry room in its entirety. They also missed a few tables, mirrors, under the couch and a few other areas. I took pictures of what I first noticed. Then I cleaned it myself. I had discussed doing windows and pressure washing also down the road. They refused to come down on the price of the original bid that I'd already paid after the remodel company talked with them but we're willing to come back out. This was a day later and I'd already remedied their mistakes myself after taking pictures. So I called to see if we could discount the price of doing windows and pressure washing. I was going to use this company as a yearly maintenance as we had talked about. During my phone call to Kevin he refused to even discuss a discount and was rude and said he was busy. I asked if he would call back he got very indignant. I asked if I should use someone else and he said yes. He was very rude and lost not only my business but the remodel company as well.
