When I contacted them again and said how dissatisfied I was with their service, they want me to pay them for another service at a discount price. There's no way I want to waste more money with them if they didn't show they care about my complain as a customer but only worrying about getting more business out of me. Please do not use them if you don't want to waste your money. I will not use their service again. They can have my money but they lost my trust and this is why I left a bad review here.

The day of the cleaning 3 guys came. They were very nice and got most of the dust. However it was to take them 2 days and they did it in one. They missed the top of my laundry room cabinets even after I pointed out that they had forgotten the laundry room in its entirety. They also missed a few tables, mirrors, under the couch and a few other areas. I took pictures of what I first noticed. Then I cleaned it myself. I had discussed doing windows and pressure washing also down the road. They refused to come down on the price of the original bid that I'd already paid after the remodel company talked with them but we're willing to come back out. This was a day later and I'd already remedied their mistakes myself after taking pictures. So I called to see if we could discount the price of doing windows and pressure washing.
