I finally sent a text at approx 11a, and receive a response explaining road crews are clearing the road and they cannot get out. I receive a text at 1p stating they will be able to leave in 20-30 minutes and asked if either home would be vacant. I explained we are painting one room, but she can clean the rest of the house. She confirmed. However, she never arrived or messaged. I understand things happen, but the lack of communication caused scheduling issues/delays for us. I sent a text requesting she return the deposit, no response.

He quickly submitted a detailed quote including everything he'd do, including cleaning not only my exterior windows but the screens, frames, and sills as well, but also answered my multiple follow-up questions too. After reviewing other quotes, I hired Nathan and set up an appointment a few days later. He arrived right on time and did an amazing job on my windows!
