After finding their pricing and services quite affordable, I spoke to their agent over the phone to provide our payment information. Then on the day of our booking their cleaner arrived and went to town! Luckily I was able to work from home that day so I could go about my business while the cleaner went about theirs. After about three hours or so they were done and the results were quite impressive for the amount we were charged. I got the standard service as opposed to the deep clean this time around since we didn't really need every room in the house cleaned. But next time we probably will do the deep cleaning to get that open house look. I hired this service for a deep clean after finishing a home renovation. Two cleaners in their…read moreearly twenties arrived that morning, and their behavior was unbelievable. 1) Although it was supposed to be a deep clean, they merely gave the windows a light wipe with a cloth; the quality of work was shocking when I inspected it after they claimed to be finished. Streaks from wiping away dust remained on the windows, and the floors hadn't even been touched. When I asked them to redo the work, they asked if I really wanted them to, then started wiping the windows again with incredulous expressions on their faces. 2) I also want to mention their attire and behavior while cleaning. One cleaner was heavy-set, while the other was slender. Both were wearing extremely tight leggings and low-cut T-shirts that exposed their cleavage; as they cleaned the windows, they swayed their hips back and forth. I began to wonder if they had come to clean or to seduce someone. After all, once the job was done, only the dust was gone--there was absolutely no sign of a "deep clean" having taken place. I would have done a far better job myself. Furthermore, whatever they were focusing on, they even managed to break a glass light fixture. After they left, I had no choice but to hire someone else to come in and clean the place properly. If you are considering hiring these cleaners for a home where your husband or son might be alone, I strongly advise you to think twice.
