They were able to have it done quickly, leaving it cleaner than when they started. Also, our gutters were cleaned and he was very thorough, making sure everything was done perfectly. Emmanuelle was not only professional and pleasant but a hard worker person. His crew worked non-stop under a hot sun until they were completely done. We are very happy with the outcome and we have no doubt in recommending their service. Thank you Emmanuelle!! Gracias Emmanuelle!!

First, they weren't professional on the phone when I was trying to book the cleaning. They wanted to do a walk through to give an estimate - totally understand. The day of the walk through I waited for an hour and they never showed up. I called and texted multiple times, finally someone picked up said they were sick and not coming. I chose to find a different company as I felt like Bravo failed the job interview. I will never fault someone for being sick, but if you have to cancel your schedule call your customers or text. If they had just given me the heads up I would have happily rescheduled, but they didn't have the common curtesy so I couldn't use them.

She was incredibly thorough -- every corner, cabinet, surface & hidden area was spotless by the time she was done. She takes real pride in her work, and it shows! Highly recommend her if you need someone reliable, detail-oriented, and just genuinely lovely to have around!

They did the full place, top to bottom. Hotel style towel folding was a special touch in our bathrooms. Our glass shower looks immaculate too. They removed the hard water stains. My husband loves them for that, as it was his grandma's table. I give them 10 stars but Yelp only lets you give them 5!
