After reviewing other quotes, I hired Nathan and set up an appointment a few days later. He arrived right on time and did an amazing job on my windows! I don't even think I realized how dirty those darned windows were, but the difference was impressive. I was so impressed with Nathan that I booked him for next weekend to come clean my roof. I only refused to pay until the job was done, like any normal business transaction. He text blasted me for hours until I finally gave in only because he promised to finish the job. Any business that can't wait until the job is complete shows they are desperate thus not as successful as they claim. Which made me suspicious so I looked up his business and can't find a thing except for his website. Point is, said he could do a job, promised to come back and complete the job including windows "market ready" and did not - after getting paid. Didn't call or text to say he wasn't even planning on returning. If you get paid you should do what you promised to do. How would you feel if you still had a filthy house - we're made to pay anyway - and they just have your money - robbed.
