They squeezed me into an already tight schedule and were very flexible when I had to reschedule last minute. They showed up on time with everything they needed for the job. They cleaned my 1100 square foot empty house from top to bottom in approximately 3 hours including windows, window tracks, baseboards, walls, floors, bathrooms and kitchen. They helped clean my house as I got it ready to list as a rental. For a crew of two they are very reasonable priced, professional and provide an invoice. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Maria and Isabel came yesterday for a full house spring cleaning and our house looks brand new!…read moreSeriously these 2 ladies had to put up with our messes and our little dog's shedding fur everywhere. They did the full place, top to bottom. Hotel style towel folding was a special touch in our bathrooms. Our glass shower looks immaculate too. They removed the hard water stains. Even cleaned the windows! They bring their own supplies unless you have something special you want them to use. They even used a special wood treatment on our old kitchen farm table. My husband loves them for that, as it was his grandma's table. I give them 10 stars but Yelp only lets you give them 5! By the way, I texted Maria about cleaning and she got right back to me to see our house, give an estimate and book a cleaning date. Very reliable!! I highly recommend MarVel Cleaning.

When estimate appointments are made the homeowner has to rearrange their schedule to meet the estimator, as well. Somewhere around 2:00 p.m. after we had heard nothing back, I called Precision Painting. A male answered the phone. I explained that an appointment had been made for 9:00 a.m. , that no one had shown up, and we had left a message on his voicemail, at 9:30 a.m., there was silence in response. After saying "Are you there?" a couple of times, there was a dial tone. Then, at about 2:22 p.m. I received a text asking if I receive texts. I replied, yes. He sent a message that 'Ok sorry my phone is not letting me talk or hear.' Yet, when I had called him he responded to my speaking and I heard him speaking. He sent another text 'I got caught up on a job... and wasn't able to call.' then asked if we could reschedule. All this made me feel uncomfortable about hiring this company for a job, so I politely responded "no thank you." to which he responded, about an hour later, 'Stop wasting my time' The whole experience was highly unprofessional.

After several months of doing most of the work ourselves we were exhausted and faced with an impossible deadline. I went out on a limb and tried craigslist and found Travis aka "Honest Work." I had no idea what to expect because we had a few bad experiences with other people found on CL. BUT, WOW. Travis is AMAZING! We would have DIED without him! He is just awesome!!! He knows how to do pretty much everything and is well connected to other tradesmen whom he happily referred us to here and there if he was too busy when our timelines were tight - all the guys he referred to us were reliable, honest and pleasant to have around. Oh and did I mention, Travis and the others he recommended were all REASONABLY priced. Work was done right and on time! If anything needed touch up after it was finished Travis fixed it. Plus, he shows when he says he'll show and he is also willing to work alongside the homeowner which almost all the other contractors that gave us their ridiculously high bids were not willing to do. Couldn't have been happier! Highly recommend.
