I reached out for another cleaning as I was coming to visit my father and wanted a deep cleaning of his place including dusting because my daughter has an allergy to dust. The quote they gave was for close to 4 hours. My father had to leave so he left them to work alone, they ended up taking an 1.5 hours. I was surprised but figured they may have just been that efficient. When I got there a couple days later, my wife and I were shocked how poorly the place was cleaned. First, the flooring was sticky as we were walking on it, his kitchen mat was dirty (very low maintenance and could've been easily cleaned with a wipe down), kitchen sink wasn't cleaned well, I hit a spider web, dust in multiple areas, dirt on the floor boards, prints on kitchen cabinet face etc....... Just to name a few. I honestly couldn't believe it because I emphasized my daughter has a dust allergy and that I needed a deep cleaning. I messaged them and they offered to come back out "free of charge" because apparently people charge for coming back for deficient work........But I opted to skip that and do the deep cleaning myself, as I no longer had faith in their skill set. I will no longer use this company in the future and do not recommend them.

It starts with the receptionist. Very friendly and helpful. Has all the answers! Darrin and Lucas…read moreshowed up to pump out my tanks, and were very courteous, and knowledgeable. Did a great job pumping out, and then cleaning the tanks. Unfortunately found a tank cracked, but was glad they did. It's a 50 year old tank, that looks like it was driven over. Very honest about everything. Great guys! Will be hiring this service again.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with Dirty Deeds regarding our Glendon septic…read moresystem. 10/5/26 - our system was inspected and we were told the circuit board showed corrosion and that the transducer and float may need to be replaced. We were verbally quoted roughly $1,000 for the circuit board and $1,200 for the transducer work. We paid to have all three tanks pumped that day and were told we would receive a quote for the recommended repairs. 10/14 - I called to follow up, was told the quote was still pending. 10/20 - our septic alarm went off. Dirty Deeds came out promptly the next morning and told us the float appeared to have malfunctioned and flooded the tank. We were verbally advised to pump the main chamber again because they could not complete repairs for another week. We were then charged $2,000 for the pumping of our entire system and subsequently received a repair quote for approximately $4,500--significantly higher than the verbal estimate we had been given on 10/5. Because of the cost and concerns about the recommendations, we contacted three other septic companies without mentioning Dirty Deeds name. All three questioned the need to pump all three tanks and the recommended repairs. One company came out, reviewed our system and county records, and found detailed 2016 notes indicating that the circuit board had already been replaced with a lithium battery and that the corrosion had not significantly worsened. They also determined that the transducer was functioning properly. The county records referenced cleaning and vacuuming a pipe as a potential maintenance issue, which was never mentioned to us by Dirty Deeds. Ultimately, we were charged ~$2,000 for pumping all three chambers after a verbal agreement of pumping the main chamber with the reported malfunctioning parts and we received recommendations for approximately $4,500 in repairs that two other companies did not believe were necessary. As a stay-at-home mom who is seven months pregnant with a toddler at home, I felt particularly vulnerable in this situation. While the technician seemed knowledgeable, I felt the issues with our system were presented in a way that made them seem much more severe than they may have been. Additionally, communication between the inspector and the office seemed to be lacking. The office staff stated that the technician should have never given us a verbal quote and also that they could not be held responsible for the conversation regarding just pumping the main chamber and later pumping everything. At one point office staff also stated that communication with us was difficult as they were having to communicate/make calls between both my husband and I while he was at work. My husband was never contacted (phone records back this) and I specifically requested being the main person to contact on file. The experience left us feeling that we had not received the careful, transparent assessment we expected and are being held financially responsible for miscommunication within their staff. After much back and forth they did agree to waive the inspection fee from 10/21. Regardless, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and reviewing your county septic records before working with Dirty Deeds.
