I recently moved and im disabled, not only did Elisabeth do my move out clean, but she has been coming to my new house to clean, unpack, organize and overall make my house a home. Her work ethic is unmatched, her skills are unparalleled and her friendly personality is a blessing when you are overwhelmed and unable to do a lot of housekeeping chores yourself. Her hourly rate is reasonable especially considering her deep cleans include inside cupboards, walls, windows and the always difficult cleaning of blinds! I cannot praise her enough! You'd be a fool to sleep on her cleaning services!

I am floored about how fanatically cleaned my place is now. They charged me a very reasonable rate for 2x cleaners on an hourly basis. Two very hard working women showed up and cleaned relentlessly, every surface in my house sparkles. I have a collection of rather fragile and expensive books, having called that out they were most respectful and gentle with my favorite possessions. I was already sold halfway through on going with them for regular cleaning, and they just kept going. I keep my place neat, but am very good at not seeing dirt on things like walls / cabinets etc.. and genuinely I didn't notice how dirty my place was... until they came! I have gone on cleaning frenzies in the past, but I have never in my life existed in such a clean space. I am thrilled with how my space is now, the difference is night and day. I have to use them for regular cleaning if for no other reason than I had no idea it was possible to have my house so clean! Seriously... check these people out. They kick ass! I keep finding new stuff they cleaned that would have never occurred to me to clean, and I continue to be impressed by their fanatical dedication to quality cleaning. Also, they didn't even ask me to write this review. They genuinely cleaned my place so hard I feel compelled to tell other people about it. Thanks to everyone who works for this company, and slava ukraini!

As the owner, she was the one providing an…read moreestimate - and out of the 4 we got she was the only one who brought a lead kit to determine the most accurate estimate for us. Her price was not the rock-bottom lowest, but it was also not the highest by far and she definitely was most knowledgeable of all the people we had out. All of the people she has come to the job are her employees, which means they are invested in doing a good job - that is not the case with some painting companies who will hire sub-sub contractors that may not care as much about doing high-quality work. She was great at providing input on different paint brands and the features of each given our specific job. Nicole arrived early the first day to do another walk around of the house with me and make sure she had a handle on all of the job details. She also introduced the crew to me by name which I appreciated. The crew did a fantastic job prepping the house, including small details like touching up the caulking all around the house. Nicole came back when the painting crew arrived a few days later (the house had to dry out) and again introduced me to the crew and made sure they had everything they needed to get started. The painting crew did a fabulous job masking the house - not one of our bushes had overspray and the windows were all totally clean as well. They also took it totally in stride and were pleasant when I asked them to change the color on a piece of trim - we just hadn't directed anything specific for it before the job began so they did what was standard and it turned out when I saw it that we wanted it non-standard :-) Nicole even asked about it specifically when she came to do the final walk around as the painters were cleaning up and I confirmed that we'd asked to have it painted that way - she really pays attention to the details! After all is said and done, our house looks really wonderful, Nicole and her employees were very pleasant and professional to work with - it's obvious they know what "the right thing" is and believe in doing it, and that Nicole is highly invested and involved in her business and the satisfaction of her customers. Plus, she's a nice person and that makes working with any contractor that much nicer! We would definitely recommend Nicole and Prime Coats LLC to friends and hire them for future work.
