I walked through after and it felt like it did the day we moved in, perfect. They're really responsive and came at 1030am as they mentioned. There were 3 cleaners and they were able to clean the house within 2.5 hours. I'm really happy with the work they did and I felt like it was a fair price ($550). It was an extra $25 I believe since we have two ovens but that was perfectly fine with us. The timings have almost always been spot on. The only times that the timing has not been perfect have been when we have requested a change to the schedule that is difficult to meet, and that Merry Maids have themselves advised to us would be problematic. In several cases, their friendly cleaning staffs have cleaned extra areas of our home at no additional charge. Being able to have this service is a huge benefit to us with small toddlers that demand constant attention. We highly recommend this service.
