The crew got the house clean and it looks wonderful. I was surprised to see some paint missing but just a few small patches. Luckily we've got more paint. I was also surprised that no ladders were used. We've got a tall two story house. I'm assuming I've got a bit of water under my siding now. The guys did not wear masks but they kept their distance. Negative support - not a call back or a return email once I notified them of what I believe is window damage from their service. I sent pictures, emailed, called and have been told several times - to send it here, I'm reaching out to "someone", the owner, Cory, does not handle this part of the business, the person who does is out of the office. No one is ever in the office when I call. No one has returned any of my requests. This is extremely frustrating. I have done everything this Cindy person has asked me to do - and yet, I have not received any response over the past three weeks that I have attempted to resolve this issue. UPDATE: After many attempts, high level of frustration, they finally came out. It turned out that the piece of the window that I thought was damaged was a venting piece. This piece was not in my other window, so it didn't make sense to me. They are going to fix it. Happy that I don't have to have the window replaced. Still - not happy with what I had to go through to get a response, but am glad they are going to fix it. read more

We hired PNPW to wash the windows on our home. They came today with a team who were all very nice, courteous and took precautions because of the coronavirus. They came on time, as scheduled, and worked for hours scrubbing our windows. When the job was complete, the windows sparkled.
