Called 2 months later about looking at my gutters and was told the estimator would be coming out and never showed up. Nobody called me back when I inquired at the end of the day. Twice I've spent my day open waiting for someone at this company to look at my house and they either don't follow up with a bid or don't even show up. Taking my business to Atta Boy .

From the very beginning, Luke with Topside addressed all my concerns in a very timely and professional manner. I can tell you Topside was not the least expensive estimate, however after completing exhaustive research about their workmanship, warranty, and materials, they came out as the clear choice. The initial estimate was completed promptly and was explained in detail. Topside also addressed the immediate leak issue with a temporary repair until the replacement began. On multiple occasions during the time period before the replacement began, Luke stayed in touch not to mention Topside provide an on-line portal for me to view information pertaining to my project. When it can time for the replacement to begin, the work crew was prompt and professional and did amazing work. They show up the same time every morning like clockwork and got right to business. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product. For my experience, Topside provided top-notch customer service and workmanship at every stage. He made good on his offer to make me better than whole. He didn't have to. I think it shows the strength of his character to own and to make an effort to remedy the past mistakes. Before and while work was in process Austin's office staff or support crew worked diligently to keep the project moving as quickly as possible. They smoothed communication issues and kept me updated. Austin's crew lead by Luis replaced the composition shingle roof with a new metal one. They were super-friendly and courteous. I love the new color! The same is true for the new exterior color. My greatest concern with the previous job was with the board and bat siding. Those concerns were justified by water-stains. Austin's crew remedied my concerns by replacing boards and bats. The previous scope of work was limited to two walls. Austin's crew weather-proofed the bats on all four sides of the house. And finally they stained those four sides with a new, more modern color.
