Mold was identified and they knew how to deal with it. Repairs in sheeting were made, ventilation improved, and roofing completed. I was most impressed with two things. First, the professionalism of the team. They were on time, professional, considerate of pets in regards to gates and items dropped, knowledgeable, and cleaned up absolutely every little thing! The second impressive feature was the company's use of the Malarky products. Malarkey shingles are made of Rubberized Asphalt with upcycled rubber and plastics so they don't become brittle over time and help reduce the landfill load. It's the little things that make the biggest differences in customer experience and this company does it all.
