Kiel's bid was significantly less expensive than the other bid I got from the mainland. More important he kept in touch and showed up when he said he would (and it's not easy to get here). They hand-nailed everything - not looking to finish as fast as possible - they wanted to do it right. Cleaned up after they were finished - grounds are spotless. Sheetrock sliding down ceiling & wall. Your Front office Customer Service rep, Lex understood the need for my issue. She sent lead, Jesus, with another associate to evaluate. Then with some concerns, Lex sent out, Mark, Project Manager. There were several ideas as to the cause. With phone calls to the office, Adam, spoke with me when either Lex or Mark weren't available. Lex did her best to be flexible in scheduling for the Re-roof project as Jesus' team became available after the rains. Adam also showed great customer care when it came to transferring my phone calls to either Lex or Mark. - Negotiation was key - the price was right! Sending a great team such as Jesus and his consorts who worked diligently all day, Wed, May 20th. Cleanly dressed and courteous gentlemen. I did not mind having on my property. These fellows are awesome. I wish I had thought to take a photo of the 3 of them lined up laying the roofing tiles. All the associates know something about roofs @ Mount Baker Roofing. My roof was very overdue for cleaning, thus the mess was much bigger than expected. To compound the matter, I was in a hurry to leave for an appointment, so didn't review the work. Had I done so, we could have resolved the issue then and there. I have no issues with the actual cleaning, and was partially at fault for the communication issue, therefore am revising my review to four stars. I will not let my roof get in such a state again, and will not hesitate to use Bellingham Roof & Gutter again in the future.

I had done business with Nolan for almost 2 decades and referred many people to them. I requested…read moreassistance from them on a Warranty issue with my roof. The owner arrived to spend about 20 minutes screaming at me what a idiot I was and there was nothing wrong with the roof. I found out that the product that was installed was involved in Class Action Suits and a claim was warranted. Instead of assisting with the warranty claim they sent it to a another roofing company that had absolutely nothing to do with the issue. I received a call from the owner today who was rude and hung up on me like a child. Sadly Nolan Roofing is not the company they were and I would steer clear. Buyer beware
