Arturo pointed out several sins from past roof replacement and made the adjustments to correct, like missing flashing, improper torch down, old valleys not removed in previous work. He has a keen eye to what is corret and what is not and will provide a great job at a fair price. Huge versatility in not just all things roofing but also a lot of carpentry skills, replaced rafters, fascia, lots of damaged decking. Worked from amazing height 3 story for some of the fascia. Replaced integrated torch down gutters and architectural shingles. The owner arrived to spend about 20 minutes screaming at me what a idiot I was and there was nothing wrong with the roof. I found out that the product that was installed was involved in Class Action Suits and a claim was warranted. Instead of assisting with the warranty claim they sent it to a another roofing company that had absolutely nothing to do with the issue. I received a call from the owner today who was rude and hung up on me like a child. Sadly Nolan Roofing is not the company they were and I would steer clear. Buyer beware
