There are plenty of people to pick from when you're looking for a power washer. I wanted to…read moresurprise my dad by getting the driveway and backyard power washed while he was on vacation. For those who've never done it, power washing is back breaking labour, even more so when the area that needs it hasn't been taken care of in a long time. Henry visited the house and provided a quote the same day I reached out to him. His prices were very reasonable and he booked in for the job a few days later. He was on time, friendly and professional. But how about the work you ask? It was fantastic. I have honestly in my entire life, never seen my parents patio area look so good. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. I'm looking forward to having Henry and team back to take care of the roof and gutters next time! Thanks again Henry.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Shack Shine and **do not recommend** this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional service. We hired them to clean our windows, but it took **FIVE separate visits in attempt to "fix" their terrible job.--and even after all of that, the windows were **still dirty**. Instead of delivering quality work the first time, their workers kept coming back, wasting our time while failing to get the job done properly. Multiple emails and phone calls asking for a refund and no one took credibility or even bothered to respond to our emails. To make matters worse, we gave them a large tip before inspecting the work, assuming they had done a thorough job. **Big mistake.** Not only did they leave our windows in poor condition, but they also **damaged our skylight** and never informed us about it--we were the ones who had to discover it ourselves and notify the company! This level of carelessness and dishonesty is completely unacceptable. We reached out for a refund on our tip, and will continue to push for an appropriate resolution. If you're considering hiring them, **beware--you will end up dealing with frustration, poor workmanship, and hidden damages.

Hired to -perform outside sales, never correctly trained, took over a month to be shown the proper tools to do the job they required and lol...told they did not have people over 50 in the sales teams.....WHAT? New hires would be AWOL for days, as they did not like the position they chose to take, and would whine behind closed doors.
