He cleaned our balcony using a drip-free method, which is great because our strata has a rule against water dripping from balconies. They are very detail-oriented. We had some stubborn grease in the nooks and crannies and Cory was patient and detailed with those. They did a thorough clean and I'm so happy with the result. Their pricing and value are great too. They also have a very calm and peaceful energy, which I really appreciate since I work from home and their work did not feel disruptive at all. I'm so happy with the experience and so happy with how clean my balcony looks now. I will definitely hire them again and plan to hire them for my parents' home too.

I found this plumber while doing some research on Yelp and based on the reviews I decided to bring him in to clean the windows and mirrors in my apartment. First off, I had used this company's services once before and had an acceptable experience and had…read moreintended to use them again. However, I will no longer support this company. They were hired by our neighbour in early November to clean their gutters. Rather than ask permission to use our property for better access to the job, the employee entered without approval and destroyed our gate. I had seen the gate upright a day or two before and we hadn't used it between seeing it functional and seeing it destroyed on the ground. It wasn't in the best shape but was functional. Had the employee asked for permission to access our property, I could have warned him about the gate. Regardless of the condition of the gate, he used our property without our approval. I phoned the office as soon as I noticed the broken gate on the ground two days after the work. After a month of trying to contact the manager Greg (he claims he called me back but he certainly didn't leave a message), I finally was able to reach him. Despite being a previous client, he essentially told me there was no way his crew broke our gate and that I was a liar ("Do you know how many people try and take advantage of me" were more or less his words). He tried to excuse his lack of effort in resolving this issue or calling me back as he was sick or on vacation (why he doesn't have a backup when he's away is beyond me but doesn't speak well to their business structure). He also claimed that my neighbour gave him permission to use our property - something our neighbour vehemently denies. The bottom line is that this company treated a previous client with contempt, entered our property without our permission and destroyed our gate. I am out $200 to replace the gate, not to mention the time it took to build a new one. I suggest you think twice about hiring this unscrupulous business.

The realtor from Jovi (Jovi Realty Inc) hired them to power wash the entire house before putting…read morethe house on sale. The realtor from Jovi communicated the wrong date to us and told us the pressure washer company is coming on Monday but they came on Sunday. I am not sure if the date got changed or if Jovi had communicated the wrong date. They started power washing while my car was parked in the drive way. They basically threw all the dirty gunk onto my car. I had to later get it washed by a third party at my own expense. Viking could have knocked on the door to have me move the car before starting but he didn't bother. After the power washing, we noticed when it rain the walls and the hood fan had a loud dripping sound (please see video) Because they were not very professional at cleaning, they either damaged the sealant on the roof connected to the hood fan pipe or it was already not great and they made it worse. Also, when they power washed the wall, we are not sure if the power was too strong that they damaged the wall and water got into the cracks. We have noticed inside the house there were stains on the wall that appeared. When they were power washing the windows, lots of water came flooding into the house (please see video). Our entire carpet became super wet. We had items wet and damaged. This was bought to the attention to the realtor at Jovi Realty Inc. He said he wasn't able to address the issue because he was sleeping between the hours 10 am to 6 pm. Yes 10 am to 6 pm. Viking isn't professional enough to see that the cracks and damage of the outer wall and pressure washing it at such a high-pressure damage sealant and make the exterior wall worse. The outer wall of the house already had water damaged and mold. The black mold is still there after the power wash but all the stucco, vinyl siding and exterior walls had apparent damage on it now. The ground is full of wood chip, paint chip and wall stucco (Please see photo). The front of the house now started to form black mold next day. Please see photo of all the damages after the power wash and the mold that started appearing. This is the first time for me to see this kind of damages after a power wash. To be fair the house was not in great shape to begin with. I guess it is what it is now. Please see photos of all damages done afterward.
