Ken from K&L came to clean my windows, gutters (inside and out) and remove some staining from my house - not a pleasant job - but he worked throughout the day to complete this work exceptionally. He was friendly, pleasant and hard working throughout the day. At the end of the day - he checked in with me to ensure I was satisfied with the work he had done - I was definitely satisfied - and sitting in the backyard the day after - looked more closely at his work - exceptionally well done and with a smile! WOW! This company is amazing! The job was done for a house in Vancouver and it was done to beyond perfection! And the price was phenomenal. I kept asking if they meant the quote was for only a couple of window and not the whole house. It was for the whole house! Crazy! The saying you get what you pay for does not apply here. I don't like writing bad reviews, and I know everyone has a bad day but I was Very disappointed with the service provided by this company. I had them clean the windows at our summer home and they left my windows worse than before they came. It looks like they wiped my windows with dirty rags and had to clean them again myself. Excellent window cleaning inside and out in a home that is somewhat challenging to access in areas. Allso had semi-annual gutter cleaning and at last moment asked them to power wash some exterior areas of home, all services completed by two professional young men on one day which was somewhat surprising to me. They cleaned the gutters at our townhouse complex and did a terrible job. They missed a number of gutters and the ones they did "clean" still had a fair bit of leaves and dirt in them.
