He sent me a bunch of pictures and I thought it looked fine but now that to get into the apartment it's awful. They only have clean the baseboards. The windows are smeared dirtier than they were before stove. refrigerator had not been cleaned. I paid that company $200 and I'm not 100% sure what they actually did. That's my fault for not being there but I was sick and unable to and took Paul for his word. He sounded like a very nice man on the phone, but obviously the company needs babysitting in order to get it done right. It's a shame. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

If you need a contractor in Whatcom county Cool Runnings LLC is who to call. Dave Campbell and his…read moreteam are phenomenal. Not only is their work impeccable, but their dedication to helping their customers out is outstanding. This review is a long time coming, but in the weeks leading up to Christmas on 2015 we had a catastrophic dishwasher leak in our condo. We called our insurance and who brought out water mitigation, and after a week of their dehumidifiers in our condo things still weren't dry. So we called Dave, after a Yelp search revealed high marks and were so glad we did. He came out immediately and pointed out that something was wrong, so he pulled up the subfloor and revealed that there were cracked pipes in the wall that were leading to a much bigger problem. He worked with us through a crazy, and hectic holiday season getting our lives back together and despite having to work with our insurance, the HOA, and the HOA insurance was always putting our needs and concerns first. He knew our budget and worked with us to make sure we were the happiest we could be while staying within our tight budget. One last anecdote about his dedication to his customers: while I was out of town my wife found out that our hot water heater died. It was already in the evening, but when my wife called him (nearly in tears because we were still in the middle of the repair/remodel, had one room that wasn't pure chaos and all she wanted was a shower) he came out THAT NIGHT and replaced it. Cool Runnings will be my first call and first recommendation for ANY contractor work in Whatcom county. The condo turned out great, holiday season saved, and my wife and I couldn't have been happier. Thank you Dave for all your amazing work! Also, this review wouldn't be complete without thanking Eric, one of Dave's excellent workers, personally as well; great workmanship and dedication. TL/DR: Cool Runnings LLC does amazing work, will respect your budget, and treat you amazingly well. If you need a contractor, give Dave a call.

So when I decided it was time to clean my carpets in my condo here in Van city, I knew to call ServiceMaster. They did not disappoint! I booked the appointment online and, despite there not being any specials or discounts offered this month, the price still seemed reasonable and comparable to other companies' quotes. I really liked how they send you reminder texts and emails the day prior to your appointment, and another text reminder when the tech is en route. And bonus that the tech showed up exactly on time. And double bonus points that the tech was friendly and professional and courteous. In truth, my carpets were long overdue to be cleaned. There were some soda spots on my kid's floor (go figure) and reminders of a doggie accident, plus some odd marks from the past owner that the tech said looked like damage to the carpet. No guarantee he said that these marks could come out. Well, lo! and behold, this guy worked his magic and everything came out. Everything! The carpets look like new. Totally pristine. And he cleaned an area rug too. The tech was done in an hour and I can't impress upon you how much a difference this carpet cleaning made. It literally brightened up my entire condo. Excellent service.

Either the equipment or the employee were not up to the job, but instead of saying they couldn't do the job the did it poorly and left the carpets very unclean. Very disappointing. Not good value at all.
