I had an extremely disappointing experience with Shack Shine and **do not recommend** this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional service. We hired them to clean our windows, but it took **FIVE separate visits in attempt to "fix" their terrible job.--and even after all of that, the windows were **still dirty**. Instead of delivering quality work the first time, their workers kept coming back, wasting our time while failing to get the job done properly. Multiple emails and phone calls asking for a refund and no one took credibility or even bothered to respond to our emails. To make matters worse, we gave them a large tip before inspecting the work, assuming they had done a thorough job. **Big mistake.** Not only did they leave our windows in poor condition, but they also **damaged our skylight** and never informed us about it--we were the ones who had to discover it ourselves and notify the company! This level of carelessness and dishonesty is completely unacceptable. We reached out for a refund on our tip, and will continue to push for an appropriate resolution. If you're considering hiring them, **beware--you will end up dealing with frustration, poor workmanship, and hidden damages.

I advised him of the gutter downpipes was not draining properly and he said he would look after that. I am a senior with low vision so trusted him to do what he said he would do. Unfortunately that is not what happened. He and his helper dumped most of the gutter debris onto of my already cleaned flowerbeds. I had to call him twice to get him back to clean up the gutter debris he dumped on my flower beds. At that time I showed him again that the same gutter down pipe was still not draining properly. He said he would look after cleaning it out but he did not clean the down pipe out. I have attached a video to show that the same down pipe is still not draining properly and in a rainfall the water is gushing out over the top. I sent this video in an email to Tom asking him to arrange to come back and clean out the gutter down pipe. He did not reply to my email so I called him. He acknowledged receiving my email but became very confrontational saying that cleaning the gutter down pipes was not included in the gutter cleaning service. He wants to charge for coming back to clean the down pipe. He over talked me and hung up the phone on me. I find his behaviour very unprofessional and untrustworthy. L. Hulbert P.S.
