This estimate does not include the reconstruction (putting the kitchen back together). I have a tenant in the location and certainly wouldn't want anyone to suffer in a kitchen that was not functional. I asked for a reconstruction of the kitchen (the estimate for that is forthcoming). What is puzzling to me is that I had to ask for the photos and the moisture reading after their initial visit to the property. Why should I have to ask for that? Isn't that part of their inspection service? Note: I paid the inspection fee, too. Then I asked for a breakdown of the initial estimate, line-by-line, and now the estimate has increased to $4,600.73. And the estimate has terms I can't even understand. How can a worse scenario estimate increase? I don't understand this at all. Have others experienced this with ServPro in Bellingham, WA?
